2010 Mazda CX-9 Remote start - Unlock doors

I got a factory remote engine start dealer installed on my 2010 CX-9, works great. One small annoyance. The remote engine start unlocks just the driver door and pressing the unlock button (repeatedly) on the regular remote does NOT unlock the other 3 doors. Even pressing the black unlock button on the driver side door handle doesn't unlock all doors. The only thing that works is the unlock doors button on the inside of the driver door.

Is there a way the remote engine start can unlock all doors?

    The factory remote start SHOULD unlock all doors when you press the black button only once after you remote started the vehicle. Also looks like it is interfering with the driver side door unlock switch. I would take it in and have them check it.
