    well, since every answer starts with "call your lawyer about updating your will", what do you expect?

    Yes! Exactly!! I'm always right when someone calls and the problem is the thermostat stuck open.... Used to be a $5 DIY job. Now they hide thermostats where you can't find them - kind of like Honda oil filters.
