2000 toyota camry check engine oil light comes on after over 70 mph.

So i have a 2000 toyota camry and even though I checked the engine oil dipstick and it says its at full or almost full it says that my engine oil light is on after i go past 70 mph and i've been riding on the interstate for a moderate to expended period of time like 30 minutes - 1.5 hours.

I googled it and it says it might be either the sensor that is acting up or that the pressure might be off somewhere. Does anyone know anything about this matter? Would I be able to tell if the pressure is oil by driving the car and noticing a particular aspect?

Thanks
