  • Has anyone have experience with deals4lease.com aka dealslease.com in Great Neck, NY? Pricing seems too low to be legit. Looking to lease 528xi 2014. Quote is $429.00 0 down other than tax and reg. Free delivery to CT. I don't feel comfortable giving personal info on line or phone without being able to verify that company is above board.

If it is too good to be true, it usually is.... I find it hard to believe that is a doable deal. but you are not providing any info about the car, MSRP, selling price, money factor, residual

Lease brokers seem to proliferate in NY, for some reason... maybe it's a cultural thing ("I have a guy"). A lot of them use independent banks, and lease-end terms might be onerous. I've never found value when inserting a 3rd party into a car deal.

Thanks for the info on the diesel. Did those #'s expire today (the 2nd) or are they good for all of January?

They expired on the 2nd.. New numbers start today, but it will be a few days before we get them.

Can I outline an offer made to me and get any input please!

2014 BMW 528Xi Alpine White wBlack Premium, Cold and Camera Parking 15,000 miles $57,990. MSRP $54,000. sales price .60 residual ($34,785) .0013 MF $669. per month w first, taxes ($1,685) DOC FEE and MVFee ($200) due at signing. Freehold NJ

I get $649/mo, but add in the $725 acquisition fee and that is spot on...

There are $1500 in drive/option credits from BMW on that model, so take that into account when deciding if the selling price is a good offer.

Thank you so much, yes I omitted the bank fee. Funny, I can't get the car as described (equipped) to me to align with Edmunds True Value Invoice price, etc. I must have an option wrong or something.

About the selling price, etc. beyond the $1500. credits you mention there is the factory money coming to the dealer as well, right?

    All...

I'm about to close on a new 535d. I keep seeing residual values of approx 60% on this forum, but dealer is insisting that BMW FS is not offering 60%. Is there some way I can confirm this? Have any of you closed a deal that shows a residual of about 60%?

  • A 2014 535d (or 535xd) has a residual of 58% for a 36mo, 15K/yr lease. For 36mo, 12K/yr, the residual is 60%.

Dealers can't play around with residuals.

    CATON , my residual is definitely 60% but I leased a 528XI.

  • Hello,

I'm in the market for either a 328i or a 528i. Anyone know the residuals or money factors for this month? I'd appreciate any help!

  • 36mo, 15K/yr lease

328i: .00130 MF and 57% residual. $2000 in BMW cash.

528i: .00130 MF and 60% residual. $1500 in BMW cash.

Hi- can someone tell me if this is a good deal? Thanks!

528i with xdrive. Alpine white with cinnamon. Premium package, cold weather package and park assist (camera too)- msrp around $57,400

Don't know the residual but it's "the same across the board" sales associate said.

I have the USAA inventive which is like $500 on a lease I think.

Sales price- $51,400 (6k off sticker)
    MF- .00130
    36 mo/10k per year
$1700 down total, includes first month
    $539 plus 7% sales tax monthly- $579.
