    @tigger5753 said: Hi kyfdx,

Looking for the MF, and residual for a 2014 CX9 AWD Grand Touring w/Tech 36 months/12K in MA.

I know of the $2400 lease cash - does this get given back to me or does the dealer reduce the selling price with whatever amount up to $2400?

    Thanks!

MF of .00003 and residual of 51%.

The lease cash is most often used like a rebate - to lower the selling price of the car. Make sure to have this applied after you have negotiated your best deal.

Can you provide May lease numbers for CX-9 Grand touring FWD, 24/36 mo and 12/15K in NC? Is the 2400 lease cash available in NC?

    Thanks in advance.

    .00028 MF and 49% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr. 50% residual for 12K/yr.

    .00045 MF and 57% residual for 24mo, 15K/yr. 58% for 12K/yr.

I think the $2400 incentive applies to NC, but I have limited information on that.

None that I see; Mazda doesn't normally offer lease cash.

Thx kyfdx, So using your numbers above, the AMEX truecar site and leaseguide site here is what I come up with, can you take a look?: MSRP of $33,310, Agreed upon price from dealer: $28,736 (certificate from local dealer) Costs added to lease (Acq fee): $500 (need actual but close I'm guessing), Money down (stipend from work): $2,000 , Lease cash from mazda: $2,400, Net Cap Cost: $24,836 Resid: 51%, MF: .00004, 36 months, 7% NJ sales tax $172.99 month, $12.11 tax per month TOTAL MONTHLY: $185.10

Depreciation $6,165, Finance (rent) charge: $63, Total Sales tax: $744, Total payments $6664 Total Lease cost: $11,372

They have a dealer doc fee of $399, Not sure about tags/titling: ????, delivery fee: ??? (varies) prep fee: ???

Do I add these last few fees rolled into costs of lease? How did I do? What is liklihood I get the dealer to commit? Thx

There is a problem with your numbers.. Using $33,310 as the MSRP and $24836 as the CAP cost, I get $219.67. Residual is $16,988, so depreciation is around $7850, not $6165.

On another note, I would guess that the dealer has already factored the $2400 lease cash into his selling price. The acquisition fee is $595. Add $2495 back into your CAP cost, and the payment goes from $219/mo. to $289/mo.

Title/registration usually runs around $400 in NJ. Tax will be around $900. Dealer fee of $399. Roll those numbers into the lease payment, and it's $336/mo. You'd need the $2000 + your first payment at signing.

I see what you mean. Base cap cost is $28,736 (includes the $2,400 from mazda and what looks like $900 more so you are right). Resid matches what you have. For deprec I get $10,892 now, based on using mazda incentives. Acq now at $595. Where is the $2,495 back coming from? Did Title/Reg at $400, tax at $903. Dealer at $399. With $2K down (not first month payment also) I get $324.17 tax included which comes close to your #s but far from what I had originally. Now I'm sad. Thought the dealer incentive would bring down payments a lot, but not as much as I would like See if my numbers come close pls. Thx in advance

I got the $2495 from assuming the $2400 was already applied, and the acq.fee being $595, instead of $500.

    I get about $320/mo.

    $33,310 MSRP

    $28,736 price

$1700 additions to CAP (tax, registration, dealer fee)

    $2000 Cap cost reduction

    $28,436 NET CAP

    .00004 MF and 51% residual.

Hi. Looking for August numbers for AWD Touring CX9. 36mos. 12kmi yr. money factor, lease cash, and residual for NY/NJ (assuming no difference in states). Please. Thanks! And any good dealers in the nyc metro. Also wondering if anyone has seen $425 for this lease combo with zero due at signing except first payment.

Thanks. A couple of questions; - Are they getting any additional lease conquest cash? - Are there any incentives for them if they buy the car vs. just making remaining payments and turning it in for me? Does that help my tax situation on the new car at all? - Is there any change to the numbers you gave if I add the "tech package"? - Lastly, any change to the numbers for the grand touring? Same awd, 36 mos, 12k mo, no packages on that one?

Thanks again for all of your help, you guys are great.

Great. Thanks again. If I cut a deal with them this week I'll post the details so all may benefit.

Add 1% to the residual value to go from 12k per year to 10k. No change to MF
