    No breakdown - the $2075 can be used to either reduce the cap cost or cover any up front costs incurred for the lease.

    Thank you, very close to what I was factoring! YES, plus I am trying to combine grad and owner loyalty discounts. Would make for $3625 lease cash. Need to leasetrade the Prius first.

    46% residual for the GT AWD. 49% residual for the Touring AWD.

    Dealer stating that Mazda leases are through Chase and the bank sets everything and 39mo/10k is 48% residual and MF of .00025. That equates to $22 per month difference. (and they said Edmunds is incorrect)

    .00025 MF is correct.. We might have been pulling numbers from the other region, in error.

    There is a pretty big anomaly in the documents. Different residuals for different regions, and that is unusual. It leads me to believe that there may be an updated (corrected) document that we don't have. The other region shows the residuals that your dealer quotes. Dealer is correct in that the bank sets the residual and money factor. The residual cannot be altered, but of course, the dealer can mark-up the money factor. (not in this case).
