Just signed for a 2015 Yukon XL SLT on a 39 month/10K. MSRP 61295. Net Cap cost after incentives 57051. MF .00097 RV 51%. Payment 747 not incl tax. No acquisition fee. No doc fee.
Gm crazy for those prices for a xl slt  maybe a shorter term better residual better note. I'm glad you like it. I'm going range Rover for the type of money they want for a Denali xl tried to wait see if gm cared about customer loyalty but every month they get worse and no lease incentives or returning customer cash. Shame on Gm 24/10 over 900 a month with A credit and I currently have a ending Escalade lease. I didn't even think Escalade, Cadillac is even crazier over 1000 a month for a kitted gmc and all these figures with gm employee discount. Guess they'll be seeing a 15 range Rover supercharged at the tech center. I wish they'd bring pep leasing back but that would be too much like right.

If Range Rover made a large 8 passenger (real passengers - not just children) SUV I'd be looking at them as well but they don't. The GMC/Chevy product or Ford Expedition are the only games in town. I prefer the fit/finish of the Yukon XL to the Suburban or Expedition.

I do like the infinity truck the qx it's huge but classy and not bad priced and interior is really nice...

Hello, any May numbers available on a 2015 Denali 4WD, 36/12K and 36/15K with open road, premium, and security packages? Looking of MF and residuals. If May numbers are not in do you think the current MF and residual rates will vary greatly into May as we're getting later in the year and 2016's begin to build in July? Thanks!

We never saw any numbers for April from GMC, so we can't say what will happen to them next month. Check back early next week to see if we've gotten anything.

With those numbers, I get $488/mo.+tax.

The only numbers I have this month are from Chevy... those are similar to the Tahoe program, so they seem normal. But, as you noted, they don't add up. Which state is this?

This is in FL, I believe the dealer is just trying squeeze me, hoping I wouldn't do the math…?

Thanks for the quick reply! Okay, so curious, what would the figures be for the Tahoe for 36/12K (realizing this isn't the same truck as the Yukon Denali but could be useful). Thanks.

I presume the highest trim offered on the Tahoe since using this as stretch comparison to the Denali. LTZ?

I am looking at a 2015 Yukon sle with a $49800 sticker for a 39month 12k miles and adding leather. This is the deal I got so far.
$1900 down (first pmt, dealer fee, bank fee, tax, tag)
    $462 a month plus tax.
I don't have any other info. Is this a good deal?

Can't tell you if the calculations are correct without knowing the selling price and/or CAP cost..

Looks pretty reasonable for a $50K Yukon, though.

Hi, I am being offered this deal:
Yukon SLT 4WD, MSRP $65,500, $840 a month inc tax, nothing down other than bank and DMV fees.
It looks ok to me, what do you think?
As always, thank you for your help.

    .00097 and 56%.

With your MSRP and selling price, I get a payment of $777.49/mo + tax. $840/mo with tax seems about right.

Dallas dealer offered the following lease on a 2015 Yukon Denali
    39 month / 15K miles MF .00147, Residual 51%, MSRP $71,870, cap cost $65,000
Payment = $1,025 (first months payment only). Gap insurance inc.

Why do residuals seem to be dropping?
are there other dealers offering better MF rates or Residuals in TX?

Sorry, but we don't have the July programs from GM.

It's typical for residuals to drop at the end of a model year.

Dealers cannot modify the residual value, but they can mark up the MF.

Also, leasing in Texas is expensive as you pay sales tax on the entire selling price, not just the monthly payment.

So, would it be better in your opinion to wait until the 2016's come out?
the cap cost at $65K seems good on the $72,871 MSRP but wondering if waiting would be better when residuals were so much higher only 6 mo. ago....

KYFDX...Can you post July GMC lease programs when you have them please...especially
    a 36 or 39 month w/ 15K miles

    Thanks

Doesn't look like we are going to get July GM numbers.

One thing to remember - at the beginning of the model year, not only are the residuals usually the highest, but so are the money factors.

I am considering a 2015 Yukon XL. I am very familiar with how to negotiate money factors with BMW but haven't had any experience with GMC. Same principle? Try to get buy rate on money factor and negotiate cap cost as low as possible?
