There are two residuals for the Enclave, depending on the packages.. For just the premium, it's the residual I gave.. If you have package 1SL or 1SN, that lowers the residual by 3%.

What packages are those? No idea.

I am interested in a 15K/yr lease for the 2014 Buick Enclave Leather Group for 36 or 39 months (whichever has the better program). Do you have the June money factor and residual values for both?

    Thank you!

    36/15 - 1.35% and either 55% or 58% residual. $1300 lease cash.

39/15 - same 1.35% MF and either 53% or 56% residual. Same $1300 lease cash.

hi....I AM interested in 2014 Enclave premium group. 36/15 and 24/24 / I see the 1.35/58 above for the 36/15. Do you happen to kow the 24/24. I see that Buick is offering that as an option for this car. Also, is there any difference between 2014 and 2015 in the actual car or in the lease numbers that might favor one over the other? THanks very much for all your help.

The information I have shows a standard MF and a standard residual for 24 month leases on the Enclave ... and I can't seem to find out what 'standard' is.

I'm not aware of any changes between the 2014 and 2015 models. Generally, the residuals on the newer model year are higher, but the MF is often adjusted to compensate (ie, they are higher as well).

Got a lease quote today of 597.00 per month. With 2600 down which is first month and taxes on a 2014 AWD Leather Group for 18k miles a year. MSRP was 47,230. It was closing time so I am getting a quote tomorrow to buy the car outright. But, how do I figure out if that is a good lease price? Thanks..

what was the lease term and selling price? how much of the $2600 was going to cap cost reduction?

$2600 at start up seems a lot for taxes and first payment. Once you get the negotiated selling price,we can model a payment to ensure you are getting the best deal possible.

Thanks.. I was told the price is 44986.00 2610 down with is 1st month payment of 592.00 taxes and dmv fees. He also said there is 2300 in leasing cash figured in. Not sure what that means. Again 592.00 per month 18k per year with 2610.00 down.. The selling price of the car if I did not lease was 3000k less do to rebates..

With everything you've given me, along with the 1.35% mf and 56% residual, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $554.93 - 6.75% taxes takes the payment to $592.39.

So, looks to be a solid deal.

My tax rate is 8.125%.. But, i thought I am paying the tax up front in the 2600? He broke down the 2600 as 592.00 plus 1924.00 in taxes and the rest in DMV fees.

In NY, it was my impression that the payment is taxed. In NJ, however, tax for the entire lease is calculated and collected up front.

NY is like NJ... calculated on the payments, but collected upfront.

Can you tell me the MF and residual on a 2014 AWD Premium, 36 months, 15k/year? Also, any lease incentives coming in July? Wondering if I should wait to snag a better deal.

Can't tell you what will happen with the numbers in July, but the current numbers are 1.35% MF and 58% residual.

Stupid question - when calculating the residual, is that off of MSRP or off of final negotiated price?

No such thing as a dumb question - the residual is a percentage of the MSRP, or sticker price. When you negotiate a great selling price, that lowers your monthly lease payment because the depreciation is calculated as the difference between the selling price and the residual value.

If you save $2000 on your selling price, that decreases your payment on a 36 month lease by $55/mo.

Thanks! So, here's the deal I got. 2014 Premium AWD, 39 month, 15k miles/year. MSRP $53,315. Negotiated price $50,596 (got a little more shaved off of that to lower monthly payment $15/mo). Residual $29,323. Cash due at signing $1600 (first month payment of $585 plus title, registration and taxes on some rebates). Got $1800 consumer cash value and $1000 Conquest rebate.

    How did I do?

Thanks! Meant to add, that monthly lease price is inclusive of taxes. We get whacked here in CT with 7% tax.

Only 7%? I'm paying 7.9% on my lease here in Colorado.

Can you please provide current numbers for a 2014 Premium Enclave FWD? Looking at a 39mo/10k miles lease. Trying to decide whether to buy or lease. Negotiated a good selling price, but the lease numbers I was provided seem high. Thanks!! (If it matters, Texas, 6.25% tax)

  • kyfdxkyfdx Posts: 28,679

Sorry, but we don't have the new July numbers for GM, yet.. Hopefully, early in the week.

1.35% MF and either 53% or 56% for 39/15. Not sure how GM adjusts the residual for leases with more miles than that.
