IDK, the most interesting thing to me about those numbers is that a diesel equipped pickup truck is quieter at 70mph than an electric car.
...And almost as quiet under full throttle.
You can likely attribute the Tesla's higher decibel reading to tire noise - that's what happens with such sporty tires.
Sporty tires that are feathered due to goofy rear suspension geometry or "instant torque," according to Tesla.
