Posted previously in July - ordered car finally in port and will get in about a week.

2014 S5 premium plus coupe manual
black optics/nav/B&O/Napa leather/estoril blue
MSRP $60420 negotiated price $56900.

36 month 15K/YR 0 down. Could you give current Residual and Money Factor since likely changed from July.

I've been thinking about an S5, what would the money factor and residual be for a 3 year low mileage lease? I could go as low at 8K/year miles (thought I think that may not be standard)

Standard money factor and 52% for 36mo, 12K/yr..

I'm not certain what the standard money factor is... but it's probably somewhere between .0018 and .0023

I have 55% (56 with audi care) and .00171

It looks like I quoted the 15K/yr number, instead of 12K/yr..

But, I still don't see 55%, unless you are looking at 10K/yr?

This car is currently being trucked to the dealership near me (Suburban Audi, Michigan) and I will be negotiating the lease this week.

2014 S5 Premium plus.
-Automatic DCT
-Phantom Black
-Black fine nappa leather seats
-Carbon Atlas inlays
-19inch 5-segment spoke wheels
-Audi MMI Navitation Plus
-Adaptive dampening suspension
-sport differential
-audi side assist
TOTAL STICKER= 62,995

3 year lease, 12k miles per year

I was quoted a MF of .00180 and a residual 56%

our initial cap cost negotiated to 60,956

Can you please provide your feedback on these numbers?

The residual is correct, but I show a base money factor of .00130 for that model.. It's likely the dealer is marking up the rate for extra profit.

I don't have a lot of insight into S5 pricing, but anecdotal evidence shows discounts between 3%-6% on current model Audis (assuming no manufacturer incentives). The higher the MSRP and the less "practical" the car, the lower the % discounts seem to be (IMHO)..

Does anyone know the details for the December program?
I am looking to lease in Bay Area, 3 years, 10k or 12k.

Also, any chance I can find a new 2013 in the area? - I figure there are practically no differences vs. the 2014 model and the dealers should be more inclined to get rid of it before the end of the year. (I'm not planning to keep the car).

No idea if you can still find one...

What is the money factor for the 2014 Audi S5? One local dealer says 0.0019, but I think it can vary by dealer? Thanks.

The base money factor for a 2014 S5 Coupe is .00130 for leases up to 36 months in length. .00150 for 39 or 42 month leases.

Audi dealers are pretty well known for marking up those rates.

Are these quotes available at the audi dealership? they gave me 42 mo. 0.00207 12k yr. 51% residual. I think that's too high.. how can I negotiate/or get, the best MF & residual?

A couple of things.. They are likely marking up the money factor for extra profit. But, it also looks like you may be taking money factor bumps to waive upfront charges. It's a lot cheaper to make the $695 acquisition fee, rather than take a .00035 bump, or to make a security deposit, rather than the .00015 waiver bump.

So, make sure you aren't getting bumped for the acq.fee or security deposit (they may not even tell you), and insist on the base money factor. But, if you are set on buying from one particular dealer, it's hard to do well in negotiations...

S5 Coupe? Base rate for Tier A is .00132. The bump for Tier C is .00065, giving a Tier C base rate of .00197. Residual is 53% for 36mo, 15K/yr. 55% for 12K/yr.

I don't have a lot of experience with lower tier MFs, but it looks like they are marking up the money factor on you. They do that with top tier customers, too.

Deduct 3% for S5 Prestige.

No incentives.

.00112 and 63%, Audi makes the first payment up to $900 on the 2014 S5

Standard MF and 58% residual for the 2013.

For the S5, the standard MF is .00154.
