Cooling System Leak - 2003 Expedition

I have a 2003 Expedition with a cooling system leak. I have posted a picture where the system is leaking if anyone has any information i would greatly appreciate it. The circled area is where I am having the issue.

Looks wet around the mounting bolt. I'd brake clean that area to death and blow completely dry for inspection. If the seep is around that bolt, be extremely careful backing it out. I'd use heat and leave plenty of cussing time if you break it off. I've spent 3 hrs. drilling those bolts out Reinstall with thread seal.. Good luck, happy new year.

I have the same problem, how did you fix it? I got as far as the one bolt on the underside on the left in the pic. i don't want to do more work than i need to. please help...
