My father is looking to lease this vehicle in Colorado, but the #'s seem high.

MSRP $42,075
Costco price $39,148
D&H $599
Rebate $(5,007)
Cap Cost $34,740

$371.00 a month Money Down $5,000.00 36 month 10,500 miles $20,617 residual 1.75% APR

$458.00 a month Money Down $2,000.00 36 month 10,500 miles $20,617 residual 1.75% APR

Must be an SE model? I show an APR of .0.75%, but I don't have all of the regional numbers, so I suppose it could be higher in Colorado.

Using those numbers, I get a payment of $433/mo. plus tax, with ZERO down payment.

That said, I'll note a few things..
    1) $599 D&H? Is that a dealer fee? Outrageous
    2) Your 2nd line might not be too far off the number I gave.. IF, the $2000 is 1st payment, acquisition fee, title/registration.

But, a $599 dealer fee, and a possible mark-up of the APR is not good... The difference between 1.75% and 0.75% is $23.mo. pre-tax
