2014 Prius 3 Lease Price ... Opinions requested!

Hi!

I am trading in a Mini Cooper S 2012 and getting a 3yr lease on a 2014 Prius 3. As it stands right now, the deal I'm getting is essentially trading in the mini for $18K ... I owe $15k on it, so 3k goes toward money down, and then AFTER taxes/fees I pay $249 a month ... Thoughts? Thanks!!
