Do you happen to have the numbers for the 4x2 Overland for 36/12 and 36/15. Also noticed on the Durango this month 39 months is the sweet spot for a lease, is the sweet spot still 36 or is it 39 as well?

Thanks for your help! Picked up my new JGC Limited MSRP $40,935 on Wednesday. Lease: 39/10k, $399.82 per mo. (Incl.tax). 1st mo. & DMV fees....$1k out of pocket.
Very happy with deal and Jeep.

36/15 for the Overland 4x2 is .00047 and 46%. Add 2% for 12K. 39 month residual is only 1% less.

Ended up at 417/mo w/ 1st month pmt only down, on black JGC limited 39/12 with nav, no sun roof, mopar after market tow package. MSRP was 41600. Lease was through Hann, MF was .0012, residual was 51% and they gave me $500 or so towards my lease end Acura on trade.

This was at Jeep dealer in Ocean, NJ. Really enjoyed the experience there, very professional, would definitely go there again.

Wow, that is unfortunate. So residual dropped 2% and money factor went up a hair? Hopefully there are other incentives to offset those payment increases

If you can live with the mileage restrictions and there aren't any surprise costs when you go to sign the paperwork, looks good.

This is not a Chrysler lease, so we won't be able to validate the lease numbers.

Your monthly payments will greatly depend on the selling price you negotiate. Without the NET cap cost, we can't calculate a payment.

I get $481/mo plus tax with your prices. If you're paying the taxes up front, then the quote is about $20/mo too heavy. Get the breakdown of the $2000 due at signing.

Ok - so I passed on the Overland. Working on a deal for a Limited with Luxury Group II and 20s. Sale price with all rebates is $40,329. 39 month lease, with 10k per year in NJ. Dealer is asking for $478 per month total (which makes sense with the money factor and residual you have posted here) but also $2,000 down in fees plus first month at signing. The way I do the math, I get $478 per month but with $0 due at signing. I know that there are tax/tags/doc fees due - but I'm at a loss for why it totals $2,000 (especially since there are no acquisition fees this month). Any insights? Thanks!

First months payment, dealer fee, and perhaps sales tax (NJ collects up front, but you can choose to roll it into the cap cost). Dealer should be able to break down the $2000 for you.
