Is this a good leasing deal? 2014 BMW 535d.

can you guys provide feedback on below deal:

1. 2014 535d with driver assistance pack and premium pack
2. MSRP $61875
3. selling price $ 52224
4. 3 year/12K lease
5. MF 0.00169, with 7 MSD to 0.0012
6. residual 59%
7. monthly payment $669 with tax (Texas)
8. total cash up front $6543, including 7 MSD plus 1 standard, plus first month and registration fee

is this good deal overall? thanks

1) MF is marked up the maximum amount (.00080 is base rate with 7 MSDs)
2) There is no standard security deposit. All BMWFS leases are security deposit free at this time, with good credit. (maybe that's the $725 acquisition fee?)
3) The MF markup is adding about $37/mo. to your lease payment.

Other than the money factor mark-up, it's a decent deal, considering the onerous Texas lease taxes.

On #2, that's not accurate... When you're doing MSD's, you have to make the 1st SD, and then you can make the 7 additional to buy down the MF. Total of 8 SD's.

If you're not doing MSD's, then yes, high tier credit does not require a SD.

Thanks for that info.. When I did MSDs in 2011, that was not the case.
