For $76K and two doors only? Save it for the soon to be affordable Tesla Model 3 within the next couple of years.

GM priced the car way too high. If a CTS is $22k more than a Malibu, then likewise, the ELR should be about $22k more than the Volt, right?? Maybe even a smaller difference since the Volt already has some upmarket features in the base model. ELR should have stickered at $55-57k base.

They set the ELR price high to try to recoup losses from the Volt. It hasn't worked so well. Most companies would've released the high-price item first (ELR) then use the profits from early adopters to build the mass-market item (Volt). But, GM had their heart set on the Volt so they'll just have to wait patiently until it starts making them money.

Apparently there are incredible lease deals on the 2014 ELR, would you provide the numbers for this lease deal. I see $499 a month with nothing down. thank you.

Wish the software tweaks for the performance increases to the '16 ELR could be given to the 2011-2015 Volts!
The 130MPH speed limiter, this is much higher than the 101MPH speed limiter in the Volt. But the '16 ELR has the same exact transmission as in the '11-'15 Volt right?

So there is no harm is using the wait4me performance or Bad News Racing software hack to remove the speed limiter on a Volt?
