Error on DVD. Chrysler Pacifica.

I have an 04 Pacifica with a 6disc changer. All the discs were working fine then all of the sudden displays ERROR on the changer screen and wont play dvds. It will eject them and it changes between discs but just displays ERROR after a few seconds. Is the changer bad and need replaced?

You might try pulling the fuse or other "reboot" trick to see if that helps any, as mentioned in this CD related discussion.
