Hmm, interesting. Toyota manages their residuals very differently than the rest of the industry.

I wonder if he gave you the 10k miles residual instead?

Might have also made a mistake, such as looking at the wrong trim level. and I suppose he could be using an outside leasing firm.

It's more likely that the car is some other trim, or it's through Southeast Toyota Distributors..... or, one of the other thousand reasons that make leasing Toyotas a pain in the ....

We're going in on Thu to try and lease the car and I'll post details. It is SE Toyota and dealer clearly mentioned Camry SE.

62% for the LE; 63% for the SE on 36/12.

.00006 MF and $750 lease cash for both trim levels.

I would recommend buying the car if you plan to keep it longer than the 3 year lease term.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll plan on buying an LE and exploring price quotes to close by 7/6 hopefully.
Best I got so far is $18850+$500 doc fee. Browsing through other forums for any recent buying experiences.

Because Toyota doesn't residualize the options on the sticker, only the base MSRP, which is the number we quote. Dealer has to look up the residual value for each unit in stock.

I gave you the MF for SE Toyota; not certain if TN is part of that region.

Wow the XSE has a much lower residual. Is the XLE any better or is the SE the sweet spot? 4 cylinder models BTW not sure if that matters. Thanks again.

The SE trim has the best Camry residuals at 59% for 36/15.

Correct... Toyota leases do not include GAP. Most often, we see quotes around $500-$600, but no idea what the actual market might be.

I get $134.28 using those numbers, so pretty close to your calculations. That is an amazing payment for a Toyota lease.
