So after 7 deposits the best MF is 0.78? Have there been any changes to residuals for 3 series in May?

I do not think your MF is .078, it would be more like .0078 or .00078.
  • jasonmdbmwjasonmdbmw Posts: 117
Residuals are the same and MF would be .00078 after the 7 MSD's

We can't tell without the purchase price (which the lease is based on). You also need to check out the invoice.

Hi. Wondering if anyone can help with these questions, please...

I have a 335 coupe with lease ending soon and wondering what the typical costs for dings are. I got the ding-o-meter, but can't find any info anywhere on what the charges are for dings that aren't "no charge". Without that info the ding-o-meter isn't very helpful.

Also, I'm looking at getting a 2013 335 convertible with MSRP around $64k. Any info on lease numbers would be very helpful... I'm looking at 10k miles/year for 36 months.

    Thanks for any info/guidelines etc.

I'm assuming the msrp is around 54300 for this car. I would advice to not put any money towards cap cost reduction. If you are leasing through BMWFS the base cost should be $725~, so they are making some money here with an upcharge.

The deal to me is 1500 over invoice after all the rebates and CC reductions.

Walk away. 300-500 over invoice before any rebates should be the number you need to negotiate towards.

Where did you find that rebate?
  • ikejonesikejones Posts: 5
The $1500 towards the cap cost is a rebate. Sorry for the confusion
  • ikejonesikejones Posts: 5

Money factor is .00127. Sell price should be invoice + 500 or 1k depending on area MINUS incentives.

    Carman:
Currently leasing a BMW with 3 payments left. I was at the Dealer yesterday and was given a quote on a 2013 335 Coupe, could you please tell me if this is a good deal or I can do better?
    M Sport Package
    Premium Package
    Comfort Access
    Metallic Paint
    36 Months - 10K Miles
    Lease with tax - $496.00
    Total down $1,000.00
I would have to order the car and would not be available until approximately until late July or early August, I know that the new 4 Series will be coming out soon so I am hoping that the programs may get better by then. If I order now, I don't have to put a deposit or lock in these numbers or should I? I am in the Southern California area.

    Thanks Carman

Hi all, this is my first time buying a luxury car and I didn't test drive the car yet, because I live 2 hours away from the nearest dealer.

Here's a quote from one of the dealer.

    2013 BMW 328i xDrive Sedan

ext. color - Mineral White Metallic
int. color - Black with Dark Oyster

    Options:
    Modern Line
    Premium Package
    Cold Weather Package
    Lighting Package
    BMW Assist
    MSRP: $47,645

    Selling price 44,600 + tax+ dmv

    Is this a good price?

    any help is appreciated...
  • graphicguygraphicguy SW OhioPosts: 7,524
davinai....that's not a bad price. However, there's a $1,000 certificate BMW is offering right now for hte BMW Spring Sales Drive event. In short, you ask your dealer when this event is being held. Have them sign you up (you get to drive some pretty cool BMWs as well as their competitive counterparts) and BMW gives you a certificate good for $1,000 off.

Not sure if it helps, but BMW is discontinuing the "Modern" line 3 series because of slow sales of that particular option group.

    Good luck!
