I'm wondering what kind of lease deals are you being quoted. I have a premium 2013 that I will be trading in at the end of the year. Hopefully there will be better deals. I am paying $315 tax included. I would like to pay less if I could

I received the following on a 2016 ILX Premium. Thoughts?

Cap Cost 27,427 (includes 905 of fees and minus 350 down payment)
Sales tax is 6.5%
Residual 16,643 (54%)
MF - .00025

This is a 36 month 15k lease.

I get payments of 310.57 + 20.19 (tax) = $330.76 monthly payments

Yes, MF is .00025 for $0 due at signing leases on the ILX. If not sign and drive, MF is .00035

Hi, I went to Acura today and was offered a 2016 ILX premium package for $285 a month with $1,500 out of pocket for all starting costs. Is this a good price or can I get better? What should I be expecting for one with a tech plus package?

No idea what these are going for... Would need the MSRP and selling price to calculate a payment. (plus state/tax rate, etc)

36 months is the sweet spot. 57% residual on the base model, 55% on all other trims.

We don't have the Acura incentives, this month.

I would assume that the ILX has some sort of incentive.

Doesn't look like a good deal ... there is $3250 of lease cash available on the A-spec, so you are getting $0 discount from sticker beyond that. Push for a discount from sticker before applying the lease cash and that should shrink your payment accordingly.

MSRP = Sticker price That's the price on the window sticker required by the government.

Sale price is what you are paying for the vehicle.

In this case, I'll guess that "retail price" = MSRP, but I can't be sure. Can you see how car dealers try to confuse you?

I'm looking at acura website, according to their offer on the ILX base (MSRP 28840), cap cost 26957.49, residual for 10k is 16438.8. monthly payment is 300, so the MF must be 0.00018, is that correct, can I get the same MF on ILX w/premium if I do a sign 'd drive? Thanks

.00018 is the MF for sign and drive. .00028, otherwise. All ILX models

Hi everyone. It appears there is a huge factory to dealer incentive happening in Southern CA. I have received quotes from 3 separate dealers in the OC area for over $5,000 off MSRP for the 2016 ILX Premium. MSRP including destination is $30,820. That makes the car around mid $25k as a cap cost for leases.
