Is this a good deal? What should be the lease amount including tax, title and registration?

$395/mo.

Tax should be about $1000. About $500 for registration/dealer fees. About $600 for acquisition fee. You can pay the tax and acquisition upfront, or roll them in.. If you roll in the $1600, the payment goes to $440/mo.

Seems pretty high for a $32K car..

For a purchase the tax rate is applied to the entire selling price. 

For or a lease the tax is calculated against the sum of the payments and is either paid by you at lease signing or added to the cap cost

I received the following offer in upstate NY. 2015 Murano Platinum, MSRP $44,935. 36 mos 15k miles. 1st payment and fees of $700 at close, 8% sales tax rolled in. Monthly payment $607. Does this seem like a good deal?

We would need to know the selling price or net cap cost in order to model the payment.

That's not what I need .. the net cap cost is the selling price adjusted with any fees or taxes added in, less any down payment or rebates applied.
