Not sure how much the extra 15K miles reduces your residual (60K miles vs. 45K miles on standard lease). But, assuming it's $0.20/mile, then the calculation looks about right.

$37K is a lot to drive a car for 3 years, though....

You should be able to get a min of 5k off msrp.

Wondering if these number add up for the 2015 X5 xDrive 3.5i:

MSRP: $63,075
Sell Price: $ 58,875 (4200 discount)
MF: 0.00130
Residual: 60% (10K miles, 36 months)
Due at signing: 1rst month and DMV (rolling in NY taxes)
Monthly: $829

When I use the Leaseguide.com lease calculator (which I know is off by a few dollars), I get $771.

Is the dealer making a mistake or am I?

I get $710/mo before tax. Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is they are using to get the $829/mo number, and make sure they explain how they got there from the selling price.
