Mazda cars 'smile'. Looks like Toyota is embracing the evil frown.

We had a Honda CR-V (nearest thing to a Rav4) which was our favorite vehicle. Knowing Toyota is coming out with a hybrid version is intriguing. We drive a Prius with 47 mpg so it would be difficult to slip backwards in mpg. But to have a RAV4 it might be worth giving up A LITTLE mileage. If it comes in at 40+ mpg (which I seriously doubt) we would consider it.

To show a new RAV4 Hybrid, which is obviously aimed at better fuel economy, and not to give some idea about the mpg rating is just a waste of our time.

If you are 35 or under and recently bought a new Ford Escape, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4 or similar vehicle to transport your young family, a reporter would like to talk with you. Please email PR@edmunds.com no later than Thursday, January 7, 2016 and include your age, the age of your children and a few words about your vehicle choice.
    Thanks,
