Why won't my truck start?

i have a 1994 toyota pickup with a 1995 22re motor in it. i started it and went to take off and it popped and started running rough. i parked for a long time and didnt mess with it. now it will not even start!!!!!!!!!!! it is getting spark and timing all checks out good. it is not getting fuel but when i hook a jumper wire to fuel pump the pump worked but still wont start. it attempts to start on ether. i replaced the main efi relay and still nothing. any tips?????

Did you check the timing on the chain ? low oil pressure at idle could let it jump if its not running correct. could also be a very large vac, leak .
