porsche will take back and "forgive" the 12 remaining payments on my 2014 911 S Cab ($1,370 month)

We haven't seen any lease numbers from Porsche for a year, so it's hard to fully evaluate your deal. But, if the dealer is truly waiving over $16K in remaining lease payments, it seems like a decent deal.

What does the $7000 at signing cover?
