Buying cpo

I'm looking to purchase 2012 ex and 31K miles priced $25700. It's a CPO. it's priced below market value. Fairfax included-corporate vehicle with regular maintenance documented. Am I missing a red light? Is there still room to negotiate or would I just irritate The salesperson? I appreciate your time and any advice you would be willing to offer.

The last thing you should be worried about is how the salesperson feels. They just want to sell the car.. the price is up to the sales manager.

Offer what you want... then wait for a counter offer.

Since it's already priced below similar vehicles, what's a reasonable offer based on the information I've provided? I quite hate car dealerships and haven't had much luck in negotiating. Every offer I've made has been rejected without counter and I've been able to walk out wondering what the rules are to the "game." Thanks!
