Window and power lock issues.

Hello
I just bought a used 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo. Everything works flawlessly EXPECT for 2 issues. The rear driver side window will not respond to either the main switch board or the read switch board. I believe its a wiring issue somewhere because i have ran all the windows all the way up, then individually hit the up switch on all the windows from the master switch. The passenger side front and rear both make a clicking noise in from the front passenger switch, however, when i engage the driver rear window upwards there is no noise.
As for the locks, they work sporadically. the remote will sometime operate the locks. And the switch will ALWAYS unlock, however, the lock function on the switch will work when it wants to. More so when the door is closed rather than open.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
