I have a 2013 CRV with 48,000 miles on it. My right front wheel bearing failed and had to be replaced today. After that was replaced the EPS light came on. Any correlation between these two occurrences? Of course it Is Christmas Eve and the dealership is closed until Monday! Can I drive the car until I get it fixed? Thanks for any help.

Hard to say. That's a light for the Power Steering. It would be good if you had an actual code # for us to discuss. Sometimes this light resets itself.

The local shop did the diagnostic on it but couldn't get it to turn off. Sorry I don't have the actual code. Could replacing the wheel bearing have caused this to happen?

I don't see a connection right off hand but with all these multiplexed electronics sharing wiring harnesses, I suppose anything is possible. The code # would be very handy.
