    Update:
I got my second quote in today and it goes as follows:
    TL w/Tech and 18" Wheels
    520 a month for 3 years
    12k per year
$1500 down for first months payment title plates etc.
He's also willing to cut me a check for the last payment on my current lease for $560.
I'm wondering should I try and use this guys quote to get the other two dealerships to lower their price? or should I go for it? I'm seeing here that there is a dealer incentive now for $2200 bucks so I'm thinking I can get this down a lot lower.
    What do you guys think?

Hey stage4survivor. Here's the info that you're looking for. Acura's New York May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 TL SH-AWD with Tech and 15,000 miles per year are .00172 and 53%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier.

Acura's cash incentives on the 2010 TL are exactly the same as they were, $1,750 on models without Tech and $2,250 on models with it.

No problem rsmith98. Acura's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 TL Tech in Texas with 12,000 miles per year are .00200 and 57%, respectively.

When negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $2,250 cash incentive that is currently available on it.

I'd be happy to help you out, wbenedict. Acura's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 TL Tech with 10,000 miles per year in Pennsylvania are .00172 and 58%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier. As you can see, that's pretty close to last month's program.

Acura is not providing any incentives on this car other than the ones that you mentioned.

Got lease quote on 2010 TL SH-AWD non-tech. 36 months, 15,000 annual miles
$2,000 down. $470 per month includes all taxes and license. No deposit required.

Looked at Ford Taurus SHO without Nav package. List price, just over $40,000. Was quoted $667 per month out the door, with same $2,000 down, 15,000 annual miles and 36 months. Would have had one month deposit

    Big difference!!

    Carman,

Can you please provide the residual value and money factor on a 36 month, 15K Acura TL Tech lease in Virginia for May?

Also, do you know what credit score it takes to qualify for the super preferred credit tier money factor?

    Thanks!

All, wanted to know if anybody has recently gone thru an experience in the atl metro area. hoping to get a feel for invoice, $factor and residual and what you believe was a rock solid deal. Assuming the 1750/2250 manu to dlr rebate is below invoice? New to the leasing option and thanks in advance.

Finalized my deal today for 2010 TL Tech - 36 month lease 10k miles per year. Opted for a sign and drive - out the door for $0 and 35 remaining payments of $404.13 (plus 9% PA lease tax). The $1,500 lease loyalty was used to make the first month payment, TTL and cap cost reduction. Selling price was $34,281.

Here's the information that you're looking for, dcesq. Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Acura TL Tech with 15,000 miles per year are .00172 and 55%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier. Virginia didn't used to be eligible for Acura's special regional lease program on this car, but you're in luck it enhanced its offer on this model a week or two ago to make it national.

When negotiating your deal, make sure to take advantage of the $2,250 dealer cash incentive that is currently available on this model.

I forget the exact credit score that is necessary to qualify for Honda Finance's "Super Preferred" credit tier, but I believe that it's 710 to 730 or so.

Here you go, kean. Acura's June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2010 TL with 12,000 miles per year are .00162 and 60%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier and go with a sign and drive lease.

When negotiating your lease on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $1,750 dealer cash that is currently available on it.

    Hi Car man
Can you please give me the RV and money factor for the TL with tech. 10k miles per year. 36 months. Los Angeles.
Also for 12k miles if you don't mind.
    Thank you!!
  • jamesbond15jamesbond15 Member Posts: 145
In general, is the money factor different for each package (ie base vs tech)? Is it different for each model (is TSX or TL)? Different by area (ie West coast vs East)? Different for each mileage (12k per year vs 15k per year)? Or does Acura just use the same money factor for everything in a particular time period?
    Thank you!
  • jamesbond15jamesbond15 Member Posts: 145
Are dealers still getting the $1750/$2250 on the TL base/Tech? I am in Los Angeles.

live in NY and have an offer for a TL lease with the following information from a dealer in NJ. I am coming off of a TSX lease and Acura is offering $1,500 on a TL lease or purchase:

    36 months
    12,000 miles per year
    Inception fees:
    Bank fee $595.00
NY tax on bank fee $52.81
    Documentary fee $249.00
    NY DMV fee $195.00
Out of state reg fee $54.00
NY tax on $1500 from Acura $133.13
    First payment $332.66

    Inception fees down $1,611.60
    From Acura $1,500.00

    Monthly payment is $332.66

What is the verdict on this deal?

Here you go 007. Honda Finance's June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Acura TL with 12,000 miles per year are .00162 and 58%, respectively, assuming that you qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier and go with a zero due at signing lease.

The residual value for a lease with 12,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

OK, the dealer cash on the TL Tech is the $2250. What is the $1750? Holdback? I had read elsewhere it is $1195. I'm ready to pull the trigger, but don't want to give up an additional $555 in dealer proffit. Thanks
  • jamesbond15jamesbond15 Member Posts: 145
    Thanks for the replies car_man.

Heads up to everyone, I got a TL with tech (MSRP $39645) for $33000. A few dealers didn't want to do it at that price because it was too little profit for them. But I found 2 dealers that were okay with it.

Where/how did you get this deal? The best deal I can get in Chicago land is $33,854. How can I get him to sell it to me for $33,000?
  • jamesbond15jamesbond15 Member Posts: 145
I am in Los Angeles. Contact a number of dealers.
E-mail the internet sales manager, tell him/her that you will come down today if they give you the car for $33k. I found the internet sales people are much more to the point. Also, have them confirm via e-mail that they will give you the deal. None of the "come down and we will talk about it" stuff.
I contacted 4 dealers, 2 said no to the deal (too little profit) and two agreed.

Hello. I'm looking for the July money factor and residual for a TL Tech in California for a 36 month/15k miles a year lease. Thanks!
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
    Here you go, kywon.

Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 TL Tech with 15,000 miles per year in California are .00097 and 53%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top aka "Super Preferred" credit tier and go with a nothing due at signing lease.

When negotiating your deal on this car, make sure to take advantage of the $2,250 dealer cash that is currently available on it.

Car Man--Are the numbers the same for the SH-AWD and does the residual change with a 12,000 mile per year lease (versus 15,000) in Georgia? Finally, can the $2,250 dealer cash be applied to the SH-AWD? Thanks.

What is the money factor and residual for a 2010 TL Tech 18" Wheels on a 36/12 lease in Wisconsin on the $0 down sign and drive program? You mentioned .00097 was for California, however I have found in the past that Acura's MF varies by region.

    Thank you.
  • skywalker5skywalker5 Member Posts: 13
Typically, the residual goes up 2% points when going from 15k to 12k miles per year and likewise from 12k to 10k.

As for miles, are you aware that Acura has a mileage forgiveness program:

Acura Loyalty Advantage benefits reward loyal Acura Financial Services (AFS) lease clients by offering:

    * Momentum Miles™: If you have driven fewer than your contracted lease miles, your unused lease miles (up to 15,000) will be rounded up to the nearest 1,000 and added to your next Acura Luxury Lease™.

    * Mileage Forgiveness™: If you have driven more than your contracted lease miles (up to 7,500), we will waive half of your excess mileage when you lease or finance through AFS. Plus, if you choose to lease another new Acura with us, we'll add an additional 1,000 miles to your base mileage amount.

Also, the $2250 dealer cash applies to ANY Tech Model.
  • jamesbond15jamesbond15 Member Posts: 145

Thank you for the information. Do you know whether the residual is different for the SH-AWD with Tech? I now understand the difference in RV based upon a lower mileage lease, but I'm trying to figure out whether there is a difference based upon the SH-AWD model. Thanks for your assistance.

I have a deal worked out for a TSX right now (28,561 total cap cost, 10k miles, 0.00132 MF, and 61% residual-- $376/month with $186 due at signing for registration and tags). However, I don't feel like it is the perfect car for me and that a TL would be better suited (I'm 6'2" with a baby on the way). Before asking the dealer to crunch numbers and try to get the payments as close as possible I'd like to know what the residual and money factors are for PA right now.

    Base 2010 TL / 10k miles

    Thanks,
    Matt

No, can't change the MF once the deal is done.

    Check out www.ridewithg.com

Are we likely to see greater lease incentives in August 2010 than July? Does it make sense to wait for next month's lease program?
  • saltyonesaltyone Member Posts: 5
I am looking into leasing another Acura TL. My initial offer is as follows:

$619/month with $1,500 out of pocket

    This includes:

22K per year for 36 months
    $2,250 Tech rebate
    $1,500 loyalty rebate
$2,000 mileage and damage to existing car

    I live in Illinois.

How much room do I have? What would be a fair lease deal under these parameters?
