Is the amount off, the dealer incentive that you are gearing towards, the same if the car is ordered versus one that is in stock? (The configuration that I want needs to be ordered.) Thx

Doesn't make a difference whether its in instock unit or ordered. Car has the same mark up!

What State, city and tax rate? Is it all wheel drive or rear wheel?
  • sjeedsjeed Posts: 41
Sorry to be so detailed, but I just wish to confirm that the dealer gets whatever incentives available that allows them to sell below the Invoice, even when the car is ordered versus one that is in stock?

I always endeavor to be fair with my dealer because I am loyal and believe that they deserve to make some money on sales, especially so they are there next time I am ready to buy. This will be my 6th BMW and I have only purchased/leased with 2 dealers and 2 salespeople; and I only switched dealers because the first salesperson was no longer at their dealership and it was too far away at that point.

Insidecarbuy - I have a 335i convertible which is approaching end of lease. By next month I will qualify for the pull ahead program which I plan to take advantage of. I am looking at a 535 primarily though the 550 catches my interest (if the payment is right, of course).

The 535 M Sport I'm looking at has an MSRP of $61,745. What kind of payment would I be looking at if I took advantage of the following incentives available to me?

    - $500 first payment contribution by BMW Financial
    - $750 Loyalty Contribution
    - $1000 BMW Contribution for participating in Driving Experience
    - Dealer Discount off MSRP (what can I expect)?

    10K miles
    36 Month Term

So dealer is sticking hard at what he claims is invoice of $58,655 on the MSRP of $63,320 (7.37% discount). Any tactics I could use to continue getting down further? I will qualify for USAA and BMW loyalty, so subtract another $2250, so out the door will be approximately $56,405.

Hey, like the deal you posted for 528i. I've been looking to lease a 535ix with Premium package, cold weather, rear view camera, driver assist and tech package. 12k miles per year. Can not located the deal yet. May be I can lease one from you?
    Reside at queen, new York.

    Thank you.

So, if I have a $665. quote on a 15k/yr lease ($0. cap cost reduction) for 535xi with premium, cold weather & tech based on a selling price at just about invoice, I really should be able to knock off a few more bucks?

Thanks for your prompt response Car_man!

Could you please let me know the residual value for a 24 months lease of 2013 528xi. Also, is the residual value for 535xi is same as 528xi?

Also, this would be my first lease ever and I do not have a credit history. However, my credit score is pretty good. Would that qualify me for top credit tiers.

Hello, I am new in this so I wanted to see if you can help me figuring out 528I lease quote I got back in April but now I am more serious and ready to action but wanted to get a ballpark where i should be expecting to be. Here are the details:

    MSRP - $52345
Selling Price - $49024 (Right at my cost)
    TTL- $1704.14
    Money Factor - .00170
    Residual - 60% for 15k year, 63% for 10k year. I used the 15k per year
    Trade payoff - $23934.43
    Trade Value - $24000
    Rebate - $1500 and owners loyalty $750

All the above actually calculates a $653.20 payment on 36 month lease. I am in Texas.

    Is this a good deal?

Would you mind letting me know the MF's and residual values for the following?

    - 535xi
    - 36 months
    - 10k and 12k

Debating on 528xi/535xi among some audi's!

You're welcome santy19. BMW Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-monrh lease of a 2013 528xi Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are .00127 and 68% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2013 535xi Sedan are .00127 and 66%.

It's difficult for me to say whether you would qualify for BMW's best money factors. If you do not have much of a credit history there's certainly a chance that you might not.

Hi klc3757. BMW Financial Services' May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 535xi Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are .00127 and 62% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

The residual value for a lease with 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.
