Mrl859 dealers are well aware of what incentives are available so you don't have to prove anything to them. If you're working with a dealer that isn't being honest with you about what incentives are available you may want to consider taking your business to a dealer that will be more straightforward with you.

Welcome 007bond. I'm glad that you like it here.

$500 over invoice minus any available cash incentives is a good price for this car.

The owner loyalty cash is no longer available this month, but GM's cash incentive on 36 month leases of the 2011 CTS Coupe through Ally is $2,350.

GM Financial's lease rate for this car is 2.45% and its cash incentive is $2,400.

    Hi Car Man,

I was wondering what the lease rate and residual would be for a 2011 Cadillac CTS Wagon, 3.0 luxury on a 36 & 39 month lease with 12,000 miles.

    Thanks!
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Posts: 38,518
    Here you go otis15.

Ally's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Cadillac CTS Wagon 3.0 Luxury with 12,000 miles per year are 1.5% and 45%, respectively.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are 1.5% and 43%.

When negotiating your deal on this vehicle, make sure to take advantage of the massive $5,250 cash incentive that is currently available on leases of it through Ally.

    Car Man,

Can you confirm what the lease rates are for a 2011 CTS Coupe (Performance) for a 36 month lease with 12k miles.

Also, I've been hearing from dealers that both Ally and US Bank are offering cash incentives this month in the $3,000 range... is this true?

I am looking at a 2011 courtesy car with 3000 miles. Sticker is $44,700 and sales price (with GM incentives deducted) is $38,600. I also have GM earnings of $1500 that I think I can use to lower cap cost and also additional GM Bonus Card incentive of $1500. I am looking at 36 month lease with 18,000 miles per year. What should my lease payment be with these numbers (800+ credit and sales tax rate is 6.5%) assuming no money down outside of GM Card?

    rallye350,

I would recommend speaking with the finance department at your local dealership for specific leasing information.

    Thank you,

I'd be happy to rvaldes79. Ally's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe Performance with 12,000 miles per year are 0.59% and 49%, respectively.

General Motors' current cash incentive on a 36 month lease of this car through Ally is indeed $3,000. The allowance is slightly higher, $3,150, for deals through US Bank.

Hi rallye350. I can work up a sample payment on this car using Ally's lease program for you. According to my calculations, if you were to lease a 2011 Cadillac CTS Sedan Luxury AWD that has an MSRP of $44,700 and a selling price of $38,600 through Ally right now for 36 months with 15,000 miles per year, your zero down, pre-tax monthly payment would be around $549.

If you need to lease with 18,000 miles per year you probably will have to purchase additional miles on a per-mile basis. It is less expensive to do so at lease signing than it is to wait until lease-end and have to pay an excess mileage penalty.

Hi Caron. Consumers often visit the forums here at Edmunds.com to get an idea of approximately how much they will have to spend prior to visiting any dealers. It doesn't hurt to have a feeling for how much one will have to spend before shopping to make sure that you don't get taken advantage of.

I have a deal for 880 month 39 month 12k miles CTS-V COUPE Black Diamond 6 speed (rare car) due at signing tax and first payment and dmv. Using my Gm points there is an additional 1,500 incentive. What are thoughts??

Question: What are the typical monthly payments people are getting for a 2011 CTS V coupe w 15k miles/year for 36 month? Selling price (off Msrp?), Lease rate etc...Any input appreciated...FYI: Live in MD

    Thanks

Are these numbers (.59% and 49%) valid for the premium coupe as well? And still current?
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Posts: 38,518
Mil6753, the lease rates and lease cash are the same foe the Premium Coupe, but its residual values are 2% lower than the residuals for the Performance Coupe.
