    Hello Car Man,

Do you have May's buy rate money factor and residual for the 4WD Honda Pilot Touring pkg? 36 mo. 12,000 mile lease. Thanks!

Hi mjh714. Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 Pilot Touring 4WD with 12,000 miles per year are .00055 and 51% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

Honda is providing $800 dealer cash on this truck right now.

Hi, sounds like a good price. Is this price including sales tax for your state?

The new terms I saw on the sheet at a local Honda dealer are as follows:

Honda Pilot EX-L 2WD w/o NAV or RES
    52% residual
    .00041 money factor

I have one dealer still quoting me at 54% residual and .00055 money factor but I believe those are terms from the previous period.

What could I expect to pay for a 2013 4WD Touring, on a sign and drive lease 15k miles per year @ 36 mos?

Carman, what is the lease factor and residual for '13 2WD Touring, 15k/year. Also in your opinion is it better to buy end of July or end of August? I think 2k dealer cash until Sept 3rd. Thanks.

Looking for Aug. residual and money factor for above Pilot lease. Many thanks.

Hey Carman, Do you know August money factor and residual for '13 4WD Touring, 12k/year?

What is a good price to pay for a lease for a 4WD touring? I got a quote for $508 (including tax) with $1050 down. I think this is way to high and am thinking of buying instead of leasing. Thoughts? I am in Northern california.

that price don't sound that bad, buy out after 3 years should be around 23k
  • alcapalcap Posts: 24
Sounds high to me! I would shoot for 440-450 with 700-800 out of pocket.

Thanks for your reply. I'll try to negotiate further. There are better lease rates available on Chevy Traverse etc but not comfortable going that route as yet. I will keep this thread updated.

  • Yes thats a good deal
  • MSRP 34 and there selling to you for 30?
if so you should be able to get it down to 29..2014 due out any day
  • i'll work on getting it to 29 even.. as far as the other figures, does everything look good?
  • alcapalcap Posts: 24
I would shoot for 329 per month that deal has some room to work in your favor the dealer needs to drop selling price by 1,000.
  • yes, get another 1000 off which will drop payment by $30
and you got a great deal.

payment should end up at 329 if not they are tweaking numbers else where.
so shoot for $330 or less or call around to other dealers.
  • 329/month with tax???????????

in nother forum poster was said to maybe be a dealer.......as we wrote their we havent seen any lease worksheets so maybe seeing this is good for all of us.

tax seems to work to 9%. so your suggesting bout $300 pretax for an ex? title/reg/"doc-feee" for 2013, yes?

money facter is only .00002 but its at 54% residual

ha-ha-ha........ if you posters can get that 329, 330, whatevr for 35-36 months all-clusive with 9% tax please PLEASEE post your worksheet, yes?

    Hi CarMan,

Can I get the MF and Residual for an 2013 EXL 4WD (No Nav or Rear Ent System).

    3 yr / 30
    3 yr / 36
    4 yr/48

Sorry to kill yo with so many requests. Also, can you let me know when the numbers are valid until? Other than what is on this site, any other incentives on the 2013?

I hear the 2014 will be out shortly so I am wondering if there is extra incentive $$ on the '13.

Thanks and have a nice weekend,
  • the 2013 get better to buy as lease deals will be better on 2014.
you can get a 2013 for min 5k off right now
