  • Thanks Car_man- those will work. Also, do you know if there is lease loyalty cash towards the 2011 QX?
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Posts: 38,515
You're welcome, monkeyshift. Unfortunately, Infiniti is not currently providing any loyalty cash on the 2011 QX56.

What is the money factor on a pre-paid lease for 39 months on a 2011 QX56?
  • Hi marc68. I know that Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor for a 39 month lease of a 2011 QX56 AWD is .00220. I'm not sure how much pre-payment reduces this factor by though. I'll look into it and see what I can find out.

  • I am looking at leasing a new 2011 QX56 AWD.........I have my prices all set......The question I have which maybe a dealer or 2 could give their opinion is whether they think there might be better incentives beginning Oct 1, 2010 or if I should just sign a deal tomorrow.

If someone could let me know their thoughts on this, I'd really appreciate it.

I was quoted last week on the 2011 QX56 for $984 a month on a 39 months lease (10K a year). Residual was just over $40K.

The car included Deluxe touring, technology and Theater package.
  • The residual is 56%
  • I'm trying to decide if I should wait a few months for lease prices to improve, or if the following is good deal:

    20K miles/year, theatre/deluxe touring/technology
$5500 down (first month, taxes, fees), $1045/month for remaining 38 months
  • i have been offered the following lease for the 2011 with Theater pkg for which I would like some feedback. Is the following a good deal?

    MSRP = 62,395

    Residual = 56%
    Money Factor = 00270

    2500 - due at signing
    870/month; 12k/year; 39/month

    Exterior Color
    Black Obsidian
    Interior Color and Trim
    Wheat Leather/Tuscan Burl Trim

    Accessories**
Carpeted Cargo Mat, Cargo Net and First-aid Kit
    Aluminum Kick Plates
    Roof Rail Crossbars
  • So what's your final price? Are you actually paying the MSRP?
  • I think I messed that up. the MSRP was 63,396. the final price is 62,395.
  • I am interested in residual and money factor for 2011 qx56 and m56. i have tier 1 credit. 12000 miles and 36 months.

    Thank you
  • Here's the information that you're looking for, charliem. Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 QX56 with 12,000 miles per year are .00220 and 57%, respectively.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2011 M56 RWD are .00103 and 55%.

Hi artd1. Both the selling price and money factor that you were quoted for this truck look good. If you really want to get a QX56, I personally don't see any reason not to pull the trigger on this deal.

just dropped off my '08 qx 29 months into my 39 month lease.

upgraded to an '11 black qx with theater and deluxe touring (4WD) -- $923 for 39 months /12k per year. $39 a month more for a car that costs 10 grand more than the '08!

What are the money factor and residual for April for a QX56? I am in Cincinnati, OH.
Quoted a selling price of $58.8 on an MSRP of $61.9. First payment due at signing. 39 mo. /10k miles per year. Lease payment is $809. Is this a good lease deal? Trying to back into the numbers they are quoting and need money factor and residual.

Hi CarMan - I am negotiating a lease on a QX56 in NJ and would appreciate your help to see if this is a good deal. 39 month lease 12K a month from Salerno Duane Infiniti in Denville.

    2011 4 WD QX56 w/theater package
    MSRP: 64,545
    Negotiated Price: 62,245
    Residual: 35,499.75
    Money Factor is .001800
Inception fee (down payment) 1st month, bank fee, DOC fee, Tire Waste Fee, Title, etc.: $1900
Lease price quoted is $960 a month

The lease is a little higher than I hoped, just wondering if you had any ideas or this deal looks solid. Thanks so much. DJ from NJ

You should be able to drop $70-80/month to be honest from my calculations. And I think the RV is 56%, they quoted you 55%. If its 55%, then just try to bring it down that amount, if its 56%, it should come down much more.

Truecar.com price for a car with MSRP of $65240 is $61636....which is still a pretty significant markup above Invoice.

Thanks Ahashmi. I appreciate it. I thougth it seemed high. I am going to try to work them down or call a few other dealers. Much obliged.

I have $5,000 in negative equity for a trade in on an 04 lexus GX 470. I have been quoted for $3,000 for first payment etc, $1,230/mon (with tax) for a QX56 (Deluxe, Tech and Entertainment packages) 12K per year for 48 months.

In the alternative, $3,000 down then $1,150 (with tax) for QX 56 with Entertainment only, 12k per year for 48 months.

Is rolling this negative equity into a lease a bad deal?
  • ahashmiahashmi Posts: 77
Yea you're significantly paying a lot more, specially since they charge interest on that as well.
  • Carman,

Can you update August Residual and money factor for 36 mo. 12k miles on whichever model they are promoting.

    Thanks
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Posts: 38,515
I'd be happy to albertob. Infiniti Financial Services' August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 QX56 AWD with 12,000 miles per year are .00171 and 54%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
