    msrp = 41975
    residual .57
    mf = .00004
    bank fee = 795
selling price = 38000 (includes $2k of rebates)
36 months, 10k miles per year.

if i am only willing to pay first month plus tags, doc fee (approx $400), what should my monthly payment be including nyc tax of 8.875%.

Hi drdrakeramore. Ally's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD with 12,000 miles per year are 0.75% and 52%.

Chrysler is currently providing a $1,000 cash incentive on leases of this truck.

Hi lawrenzo1. Ally's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 with 12,000 miles per year are 3.62% and 46%.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are 3.62% and 44%.

I don't think that Chrysler is currently providing support on 4-year leases of this truck.

There is a $500 cash incentive on leases of it that you need to make sure to take into account during your negotiations.

Hey cliffpoz. Ally's March base lease rate and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4WD with 10,000 miles per year are 1.45% and 57% with no cash.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2013 model are 2.1% and 56% with a $1,000 cash incentive.

The doc fee isn't too bad and the plates probably are what they are, but...the dealer appears to be marking up Ally's base $595 acquisition fee by $200. I would try to get them to eliminate that markup.

  • yok3yok3 Posts: 1
    Hi Car_man,

I am looking for the latest money factor and residual for:

    2014 JGC Overland (V6)
    2014 JGC Overland (EcoDiesel)

The lease will be 36 months and the miles are 12000/year.

    Thanks!

Something doesn't sound right to me about this deal. sticker is 39,010 and he says im getting 1,100 under invoice

    Money Factor-.00130
    Residual-50%
    Buy out-$19,505
You are buying the Jeep after rebates at $30,966 after rebates plus tax and tags which are included into the payment.

And my payments would be with $2,000 down at 39 months for 12k miles a year it will be 359 a month all fees already rolled into the payment. Anybody with some help? I think the 50% residual should be higher but even with that calculation the payment should be lower.

I plugged this into my lease calc based on what you have provided and before tax payment of $325 - and about $350 with tax in my state NJ (it would be a bit higher as NJ taxes rebates too and I am not sure of that total in your state) Look up the invoice on TMV to be sure; FWIW it looks to be a fair deal on the surface.

    MRSP $39,010.00
    Residual% 0.5
    Residual Value $19,505.00
Sales Pice $28,966.00 (2K less your sales price)
    Depreciation $9,461
    Months 36
    Monthly depreciation $262.81
    Moneyfactor 0.00130 aka 3.12%
    mfpay $63.01
    Lease $325.82
    NJ Tax Rate 0.07
    Tax $22.81
    lease with tax $348.63

    Insidecarbuy-

I've been following your posts on here. Is that deal on a 13' only?
I am considering leasing a GC, might wait for a 14' but I'm sure the deals won't be as good as a 13'?

    Thanks
    Joe
  • I was able to pick up a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee v8 HEMI over the weekend. Went into dealer looking for v6 lease deal and ended up with the v8 engine. Here is what I can tell you about the deal.

2014 GCJ Overland with v8 Engine, Tech Package, and upgraded Braking system.
    msrp - $51000
    sale - $48030
    term - 39 mo
    mileage - 12k
    Money down - $900.00
    Conquest Bonus - $1000
    payment - $645.00

Note - Lease is through Ally Finance. Not sure of the exact Money factor but was told that Ally rated me at A Tier credit. Dealer also paid off (dealer buyout) my existing Auto loan.

    Hello all.

    I picked up a 2014 Grand Cherokee Limited, V6. 20" wheels.
41,870 msrp. I put 2k down total including tax, dmv, 1st payment.

Monthly payments are 423/month. 10k lease.

    Ed at Atlantic Jeep.

    Good deal?

    @ Stang678,

That's the exact MSRP of the Jeep I was looking at. Curious what the difference would be if I went 12k miles per year. Did they happen to show you the different options by chance? Also - what is the cost per mile over your allotted mileage?

    Thank you
    Tim
