Can anybody please share the money factor, residual and any lease incentives for the Pathfinder in November?

This would be for the 2011/2012 Silver Edition 4x4 model and 36-39 mos lease. 12/15 miles per year

    Thanks!
  • Hi alcap. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2011 Pathfinder Silver Edition 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00003 and 42%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are .00003 and 41%.

    The numbers for the 2012 model are .00089 / 48% for 36-months and 00089 / 47% for 39-months.

If you were to lease this truck with only 12,000 miles per year its residual values would be 1% higher.

Any info on the August 2012 MF and residual for a 2012 SV and/or Silver 4WD - 15K - 36/39 months? Any difference with the LE?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi cpj15. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Pathfinder SV 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00003 and 48%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00003 and 47%.

The money factors for the Silver 4WD and LE 4WD are the same, but the residual values are 2% lower.

  • Hi All~

I live in Southern NJ/Phila area. I'm very soon coming out of a NMAC lease of my '10 Maxima SV and looking to lease a Pathfinder in the next few days. Looking for either a 2011 Certified or 2012 Pathfinder LE w/Nav, 6 cyl, 4wd/awd, 36 or 39 month lease and 15k miles p/year. Any thoughts on one versus the other, besides new vs. certified pre-owned?

Can anybody please share the money factor {0.xx and also the relevant % equivalent so I can calculate}, residual percentage and any lease incentives for the Pathfinder in August and September? Also, what are the dealer rebates/hold-backs, etc.

    I have pre-approved Tier 1 credit w/NMAC {have been with them past 4 vehicles, 3 of which are/have been leases}.

    Thank you in advance!

    ~Michele
  • Greetings Michele. Through September 4th, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Pathfinder LE 4WD with 15,000 miles per year are .00003 and 46%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39-month lease are .00003 and 45%, respectively.

In your area there is a $1,750 cash incentive on leases of this truck. There's some additional volume-based dealer cash incentives out there.

    Hi Car Man,

When you are able to find out the November numbers for a 2013 Pathfinder SL Premium and Pathfinder Platinum could you please post them for 36 months and 10K or 12k. All would be for top tier credit? NYC metropolitan area, Westchester county. Trying to figure out the better numbers between the Pathfinder and the Infiniti JX

    Thanks,

    Stephen
  • Hi Car_man,

I hope this message finds you doing well. I live in Las Vegas, NV 89117 and could really use the November lease numbers for a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum 4x2 (MSRP of $39,995, including Destination & Handling). Could you please post the numbers for each of the following scenarios: 36 months/12k miles per year; and 36 months/15k miles per year. Both would be for top tier credit.

Time is of the essence. Thanks so much!

    Best Regards,

    Edgar
  • Sure Stephen. Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.'s November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 Pathfinder SL Premium 4WD with 12,000 miles per year are .00161 and 57% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a '13 Pathfinder SL Platinum 4WD are .00161 and 56%.

The residual values for leases with 10,000 miles per year are 1% higher.

  • Hi, I currently lease a nissan and my lease is up soon. are there any incentives or discounts if you are a current nissan leaser ? Does it make sense for a dealer to take my car in earlier and put me into a 2013 pathfinder? I have 6 months left. thx
  • Hello all, can someone let me know the lease details on a 2013 Platinum premium, 39 month, 12k lease? Here's what I've been quoted:

    MSRP $44,670
    - Sale Price $41,258
    - Residual 55%
    - Money Factor .00161
    -Total Cap Cost $41,832
    - Payment $599 with tax for 39 months and $845 due
  • I have an '09 Pathfinder S with a lease that's up in Jan '13. I'm looking at a '12 Sv $35,6 sticker. 39 month lease, 0 down. Quoted $347/month with tax. (located in New Jersey)
Do you have the current money factor & residual so I can evaluate the deal?
I believe the current incentives are $5,500 so I should be looking at around $28k-$29k selling price. Also, are there any less mileage limits than 12k? he car I'm returning has significantly less than the lease max and the dealer told me he could apply a credit in equity for returning it 2 months early. Something I've never heard of before?
    Any help appreciated....thanks
  • You're very welcome Stephen.

  • Hi nkf2008. It really doesn't make much sense to try to get out of your current lease six months before its scheduled end date. If you do so you will likely end up spending more for the new vehicle that you want than you should.
