What do you think about these numbers? Selling price = invoice.
    10K miles, 42 months

    0 down-289/month
    3000 down-212/month

    ThanksÐ
  • Sure jmr9. Chase's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 42-month lease of a 2013 Forester 2.5X Auto with 10,000 miles per year are .00100 and 54% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

  • Hey jmr9. A selling price of dealer invoice is a good deal. Go with the $0 down option rather than the $3,000 down.

  • ananc1.... Remember this is all negotiable.. negotiate the price of the car first then negotiate your terms for leasing the vehicle based on the agreed to price.. If the dealer says they will only talk either one (lease price or purchase and will not negotiate either..., then walk to the next dealer!
  • Hi Carman,

Would you happen to know the money factor & residual for 2013 forester limited. for 15k/yr and 36 months.

residuals and money factors. Very good credit.

don't think that's very good but wanted to check.

66%? Are you talking about the residual. I called the local Subaru dealer and the sales manager told me it's more like 64% after 36 months and 12,000 miles... but that even seems a little high to me.

Its one the highest residuals I've seen for this type of vehicle, would be good to get a confirmation from Car_Man.

I do know that some dealers markup the MF by some points, don't know about residuals.... hopefully they are not quoting you April rate.
