Will you be able to post all the info, or do we have to pull it out piece by piece?

Is the money factor a negotiable term? Apparently it is 0.0024 this month per the dealer.

So I went to the dealership and got number updates. The MF was 0.0022 (it sounds like many dealerships may do 0.002). This one won't budge on theirs.

    For a 2014 C2S 7MT in January

    24mo 10k miles = 72% residual, 12k miles = 71%

    27mo 10k = 70%, 12k = 69%

    36mo 10k = 59%, 12k = 58%

Hello, I am trying to lease a 2014 Carrera S (C2S) this week. Would really appreciate it if you could give me the money factor, residual, and MRM for:

    -- Manual, 24 and 27 month lease, 12K and 15K miles -- PDK, 24 and 27 month lease, 12K and 15K miles

    Thanks much in advance.

I'm sorry, but we don't have the Porsche numbers for this quarter.

  • Am trying to get rough estimate on what the lease payment would be for a 2014 Carrera 4S with PDK. I would probably do a 24 month lease for 7.5K miles / year. I would also have the car with a reasonable amount of options.

    Thanks.

This is a really rough estimate, because you've given me no numbers to work with, and I don't have the January Porsche lease program..

But, if you have an MSRP of $125,000 and a selling price of 5% off that, then you'd probably be looking in the $1700/mo. range, with around $3500 due at signing..... plus tax..

  • Kyfdx, thanks for the response. As you can probably tell am new to all this.

How does the leasing calculation work ? How did you come up with the $1,700/mo. ? What equation did you use ?

    Thanks again.

Monthly depreciation = (cap cost - residual) / lease term

Monthly finance charge = (cap cost + residual) X money factor

Monthly depreciation + monthly finance charge = monthly lease payment.

I estimated the lease numbers from last month to get the variables..

  • Would you choose the 2014 911 4S or the 2014 GT3 ?

Unfortunately, I'll never get to make that choice.. ;-)

From a lease payment standpoint, the C4S has a little better program, but it's also a much lower MSRP, so the lease payment would probably be at least 20% less. The problem you'll run into with any Porsche lease is they all have a maximum residual amount (MRM) that varies by model. If your MSRP exceeds that amount, the lease price skyrockets. So, higher priced, lower-option units will lease better than lower-priced, high-option units.

If you are just comparing models, the C4S would probably be a lot easier to live with on a day-to-day basis..

  • Any word on feb programs? Really hoping the come back with the conquest cash. With the LCI in '15, I'm assuming we'll see some aggressive programs.

  • Motortrend has the lease rates posted here-- http://www.motortrend.com/cars/2014/porsche/911/ Select your model, then click on "rebates"-- the figure are based on 15K per year..

  • What do you think about the following lease: 2014 991 carrera. PDK MSRP is $94K. 24 months, 15k miles a year. Total of $7500 out of pocket and $1000 a month including tax. $935 without tax. Thanks

  • 911 4S, MSRP $127000, 24 month lease with a prepaid option quoted at $43415 (taxes included). How much lower should I aimed at? Thanks, D

  • Does anyone have residuals and MF for 2014 911 Carrera, 24 months, 15k miles a year? thanks The dealer is offering me a deal where they have come off 9% on the car but the lease makes the residual 70% and the MF .003350. This does not seem right. ( More details MSRP $94315, negotiated price $84,669.00)

  • 911 4S, residual 0.72 and MF 0.205% for 24 months and 5K miles a year
