Ford Edge rear seat comfort

I recently sat in the rear seat of a SEL model. The bottom cushion had no support for the legs. It was quite uncomfortable, and I think it would be bad for a long ride for an adult. I didn't try to adjust the rear seat back to see if that would help. Anyone else notice this?

  • I agree and I'm worried about that too. I have kids and the middle seat headrest is so akward that I don't know about long trips. Anyone else have issue with this? I'm planning to decide on a vehicle next week. This backseat is holding me back.

    We took ours on a 8 hour trip to Florida with a 13 and 19 yr old in the back seat and they didn't complain (not about the seats anyway). Not exactly the same as an adult but close.
  • did anyone sit in the middle for any period of time? I have three kids so someone gets that middle seat :(

    Nope, just 2 in the outboard seats and I haven't tried it myself, either.
