Thank you everyone for sharing their experience and price.
Good luck!
I've got a dealer offering the following. Is this a good deal for a EX-L w/ Navi
Price:$31,652
Accessories: $1,434 (fog lights, cross bar w/ rails, remote start)
Tax, Fees: $2,537
OTD Price: $35,623
I'm purchasing two vehicles identical. I haven't yet pulled the trigger and was wondering if I can get down more on the price.
Vehicle Price: 37,400
Dest 830
Doc Fee 398
Tire Tax 7.5
NJ Tax 7% was 2676.62
NJ DMV 430
OTD was 41750 or so... Paperwork is in the car.
They tried to charge me 95 dollars dealer prep and 199 for etch and I almost walked on the deal so they lowered the selling price of the car to 37106. Open Road Honda in Edison. I also bought the tire and rim package for 695 along with some key replacement etc. The tire and rim alone was 595 for 5 years so for another 100 bucks bought it all. Shopping for honda care now....
Hope this helps... This edmunds site and odyssey club helped me negotiate this wonderful deal..
They must really be looking to move these month end.
1. Was the 31,652 the 'base price' or did it include the destination fee?
2. What 'fees' were in the $2,537 you cited.
3. Were there any dealer prep, documentation, etc. fees and if so, what were they.
4. What was the name and location of the dealer.
Thanks.
+dmv + taxes

Is it possible for you to post the dealer info.
It would be very helpful. thanks
Doc fee is $299
Nj tire tax is $7.50
DMV fee (not sure) I think $400
Tax is 7%
Dest is $830
Their price was $34782.23 but they did not have the color combo I wanted. I am paying $300 for the transfer which makes price $35082. I thought the fee was ridiculous but their price was still lower than anywhere else. I am picking up tomorrow.

Is this correct and what is the name/location of the dealer.

I live in the bay too. Do you mind telling me the name of the dealer where you received the $35,800 quote for the Touring?
At the end of July, we were looking at the EX-L w/RES and were quoted $35.5K out the door but the husband wants to see how much a Touring would cost us.
Thanks!
Thanks!
September is already here and 2013 models will be out in September. In that case, how much discount can I expect on 2012 Odyssey? I see that there is already a $1250 manufacturer discount on all Odysseys. I was wondering if I wait for another month would I be able to get more discount than this?
I am getting Odyssey EX-L with Navi for $33866 (includes dest charges) + taxes. Is this a good price? Or should I wait for a month?
