Looking for March residual and money factor for a 2014 base TL. 48 months, 60 months 10,000 miles per year.

    Thanks in advance!

    For 36mo, 10K/yr lease, it's .00061 MF and 58% residual with $3250 lease cash.

The 48 month residual is 50%, but I can't verify the money factor. It may be much higher than .00061.

Hey there! Thanks for assisting with this KYFDX! I'm in Central Florida. Looking at 2014 TL with Tech. What is the MF and Resid? Is there any lease/finance incentives for march or april. I assume the lease cash you referenced above it money due at signing or incentive? Thanks!

We need both the lease term and miles per year.

    2014 TL w/ Tech 36/15

    Residual 52% and MF .00051

I am not aware of Acura offering a program where multiple security deposits can be used to lower the money factor.

Does anyone have the residual and MF for April on the base and SE model TL? This would be for 10k per yr. Also are incentives the same as March? Thanks.

.00061 MF and 58% residual for base, 57% residual for SE. We don't have the incentive information, but the advertised leases all assume a dealer discount of $3250 from MSRP.

I'm new to this forum and would like to ask for some opinions about this lease offer I got for the 2014 TL Tech with 12k/36 months term - $405.92/month including tax with only 1st payment due at signing - Sale price: $33,200 - MF: 0.00061 & Residual 54% ($21,953.7)

It seems like a pretty good deal to me, but I'd like to hear some opinions from the gurus here. All inputs are appreciated :)

The MSRP is a little over $40K, right? Looks like a good deal from here.

Yes, MSRP is $40,655, so it's almost $7,500 off MSRP
