a- are you talking about a 550i? I don't think the exec package is available on the 535i.
b- is this deal advertised by a dealer or by bmwusa?
c- why do you want to put down a down payment?
Capital Reduction and tax $1,400.00
License & Registration $572.00
Bank Fee $725.00
Documentation Fee $80.00
Security Deposit $0.00
First Payment $775.00
Rebate - $1,250.00
DRIVE OFF $2,300
$775.00 x 35 months incl tax.
Just trying to understand if advertised offers like the one on BMWUSA currently can be negotiated or modified for a better deal.
Looks like your deal is better. Not sure if you started from an advertised lease offer or you just negotiated from scratch.
Thanks.
Can you share the lease rates/residuals for May for a 2013 528 xDrive for 15K miles? Also, any incentives (option credits, nav credits, etc?)
thx!
64% residual and .00127 money factor for 36 months / 12,000 miles.

I tried to get one similar in San Francisco Bayarea, CA.
The "internet manager" are much less forthcoming. They never give me a complete disclosure like the one you provided above.
It is too bad you are in Newyork, otherwise, I would lease one from you.
I am looking into the possibility of leasing a 2013 5 series in Virginia, all in the $58-63k range, and would love to get a comparable deal of less than $600 with less than $4k out of pocket with no cap cost reduction nonsense.
What do you think the absolute floor selling price/invoice on this thing might be? $57-$58k, or higher?

Sell: 60,810
Miles: 10K

I think these deal numbers look great! What say the group?
http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/content/vehicles/2013/5/535isedan/OfferDetail.asp- x?NAModelCode=135C&OfferType=2®iontypeid=2
MSRP: $55,825
$750 buyer loyalty cash
$3,000 down (cap reduction, correct?)
Net cap cost: $52,075
Purchase Option Price: $35,170
36 month, 10k miles/year
Lease payment $539/month (less taxes, I assume)
Q1: Do you consider the "Purchase Option" price to be the residual, which would here would be 63% of MSRP? That seems about right, though 10k/year leases here seem to have a 64% RV.
Q2: By my math, to get to a monthly payment of $539 the money factor would have to be below 0.0008. Most recent posts here show 0.00127 to be about as low as can be found. So what gives?
I'm trying to do the math on the the offer -- any clarification would be appreciated!
I am planning to lease a 535i with M and technology packages in San Diego. If anyone has dealer gouge for SD, I'm all ears.
The advertisements usually factor in an undisclosed dealer discount, which isn't accounted for.. you wouldn't pay MSRP, would you?

The undisclosed dealer discount is the piece I was missing, which I assume is simply more cash off the net cap cost, or is it a reduction in the money factor, or both? I just want to understand how the $539 payment is computed based on the other given numbers.
And no, I'd certainly never pay MSRP, and never have. This was all purely a math exercise to be sure I understood how BMW computes a lease and where they are changing the numbers to arrive at a specific payment.
If I knew from this advertised deal that they were willing to go to 0.0008 on the money factor (half of what the salesman quoted me today), I'd use that in my bargaining. If I knew they were willing to knock a few thousand off the cap cost, I'd use that, too.

Deal is roughly
72K car
10K miles
36 months
899 per month
$0 cash at delivery
I always endeavor to be fair with my dealer because I am loyal and believe that they deserve to make some money on sales, especially so they are there next time I am ready to buy. This will be my 6th BMW and I have only purchased/leased with 2 dealers and 2 salespeople; and I only switched dealers because the first salesperson was no longer at their dealership and it was too far away at that point.

The 535 M Sport I'm looking at has an MSRP of $61,745. What kind of payment would I be looking at if I took advantage of the following incentives available to me?
- $500 first payment contribution by BMW Financial
- $750 Loyalty Contribution
- $1000 BMW Contribution for participating in Driving Experience
- Dealer Discount off MSRP (what can I expect)?
10K miles
36 Month Term

Thank you.

Could you please let me know the residual value for a 24 months lease of 2013 528xi. Also, is the residual value for 535xi is same as 528xi?
Also, this would be my first lease ever and I do not have a credit history. However, my credit score is pretty good. Would that qualify me for top credit tiers.
Thanks,
MSRP - $52345
Selling Price - $49024 (Right at my cost)
TTL- $1704.14
Money Factor - .00170
Residual - 60% for 15k year, 63% for 10k year. I used the 15k per year
Trade payoff - $23934.43
Trade Value - $24000
Rebate - $1500 and owners loyalty $750
All the above actually calculates a $653.20 payment on 36 month lease. I am in Texas.
Is this a good deal?
Thanks
Would you mind letting me know the MF's and residual values for the following?
- 535xi
- 36 months
- 10k and 12k
Debating on 528xi/535xi among some audi's!
Thanks!
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2013 535xi Sedan are .00127 and 66%.
It's difficult for me to say whether you would qualify for BMW's best money factors. If you do not have much of a credit history there's certainly a chance that you might not.

The residual value for a lease with 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher.

What are the June incentives, residuals on 528i, 535i anf 550i for 36 months 12/15k?
Also, What kind of reductions off MSRP can be expected?
Thanks,
Mark
I am in negotiations for the 2013 528 what is the residual on this vehicle for June? Also I heard that they might be running a 750 cash back incentive on this car, is that true?
I would be interested in residuals for 24 and 36mos at 12k miles per year
Loyalty Rebate : $750
Pull ahead Promo : $500
Drive event discouunt : $1,000
Lease details : 0.00127 & 62% for 12k
Now for June, are there any new incentives ? I understand the Lease program remained the same... :confuse:
Thanks!!
Is that right?
Mark
528i 10k 36 month residual - 65%
0.00127 money factor
$750 money to use BMWFS
Also looks like a $1000 'Drive Event' offer.
That residual seems too good to be true...Am I missing any other available June cash offers? Can I expect 10% off of MSRP plus these $1750 in offers?
Thanks so much -
