    Hey CarMan,

Getting ready to roll off a 39 mth lease on an M37 and looking to get current MF and Residuals.

Any insight on 39 mth lease for 2013 M37 with 15K miles Mf and Residuals ?

I once had the 24 mth lease and it worked out much better for me. Any idea is this is an option?

    Thanks

Hey got a notice in the mail in late June about the pull ahead program. I saw some good incentives for June I know I will see depreciation and mf soon enough but anyone aware of incentives on M? Gotta think with the badge change they are struggling to get rid of current inventory

Hi ram60. Infiniti Financial Services' July buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39-month lease of a 2013 M37 Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are .00025 and 51% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

You can do a 24-month lease of this car, but I suspect that the payment will be higher. The 24 / 15 numbers are .00003 and 60%.

Infiniti is providing a $1,000 cash incentive on leases of this car right now.

Hi bgardiner. Infiniti is currently providing $2,000 dealer cash on purchases or $1,000 on leases of the 2013 M37.

There's a $1,000 loyalty offer on leases as well.

    10K/yr residuals are +3% over 15K/yr residuals

I have a G37x lease expiring in 3 months and just got the following offer on an M37x. I'm surprised that the incentives are so crummy this month.

Only $1,000 loyalty dollars. No pull-ahead on my existing lease.

M37x AWD Premium 39 mo. lease/12k miles -- Residual - 49%, MF - .00015 (nice, but no opportunity for MSDs)
MSRP: $56,720 Invoice: $52,776 Acquisition fee: $700 Payoff of existing lease: $1,373 Purchase price: $49,776

$627/mo. (including PA tax). $916 due at signing.
I think that I can get him to waive the payoff of the existing lease, in which case the purchase price would be $48,476 and lease payments would be $590.

Any comments on this offer? I do not intend to move forward unless they waive the remaining lease payments. If they do, is there any reason to wait? Will the loyalty dollars get better - they can't get worse, right?

Yeah... I don't think the numbers can get worse... but, they could get better. I'd wait out the two months, and hope for a better deal. I don't think they sell too many Ms, so maybe they don't focus the incentives there, like they do on the G.

    Hi All

Was wondering if this is a good deal. 2013 M37 Base MSRP 56,500 less sale price plus $1000 off for loyalty = 49,000 MF =0.0004 Residual = 50% 3 months left on previous lease @‌ 399 month (included in price as follows) 1st month 635 monthly 570 39 months 12k miles per year
