Closed the deal. Got a smoking deal in Northern California.

    $57950 MSRP
Acq Fee, Registration, 1st month payment as drive-off (about $1,650)
    $49578 Cap Cost (including rebate)
    $420 plus tax per month

MF was .0005, residual was 70% for 24 months/10K miles per year
  • gadawg77gadawg77 Member Posts: 14
Wow...that is awesome. I think I screwed up and thought the best MF I could get was .0009 so that's what I ended up with. Otherwise, my residual was 57% for 36 months 15k miles and my cap cost was about the same as yours. Great job on your end. Maybe I should have gone for 24 month instead. Oh well, I still think I did ok...

    Hi Car_Man,

I am in the Kansas City area and wanted to get your opinion on a lease quote. Looking at 2013 GS350 AWD with Nav package. MSRP 56277. The current offer from the dealer: net cap cost with dealer cash of 52898, money factor .0016 on a 36 month 10k lease. My question is what is the current MF on this vehicle and any idea how low they will go on the cap cost? I am not putting any cash down. I have seen some on here around $49k, but just want to verify before I start negotiating. Thanks for the help.

    Car Man,

Can you tell me the May MF, residual and incentives for the GS in South FL? 3 yr 36k and 3 yr 45k. Are they different for F-Sport? A local salesperson told me there's $2000 dealer cash through the end of May. What percentage off MSRP should I be shooting for?

Hi ydol. According to the latest information that I have seen, Ford Credit's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 GS 350 RWD with 10,000 miles per year are .00095 and 70% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are .00095 and 60%.

Lexus is currently providing a decent $2,500 cash incentive on leases of this car right now. Make sure to take it into account when negotiating the capitalized cost for your lease.

Hi dsmerc74. According to the latest information that I have seen, Lexus Financial Services' May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 27-month lease of a 2013 GS 350 F-Sport with 12,000 miles per year are .00095 and 66% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

When negotiating your deal, make sure to take advantage of the $2,500 cash incentive that is currently available on leases of this car.

Hi orion7701. Lexus Financial Services' May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 GS350 F-Sport with 15,000 miles per year are .00095 and 67% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The money factor for an otherwise identical 27-month lease would be the same, but I believe the residual value would be 3% or so lower.

If you were to lease with only 12,000 miles per year, this car's residual values would be 2% higher.

There is indeed a $2,500 cash incentive on leases of this car right now.

Hi mlewis2. I haven't seen the specific lease program for your area this month, but I can tell you that if your credit is in good shape the money factor that you were quoted is definitely too high. At worst, the money factor for this car is probably around .00095 in your region right now...if not better. Make sure to try to get the dealer to lower the money factor on your deal.

I don't personally know exactly how much dealers in your area are willing to discount the GS right now, but I can tell you that Lexus is currently providing a $2,500 cash incentive on leases of this car. If I was in the market for one, I personally would shoot for a selling price of around $500 to $1,000 over the dealer invoice price that is listed here at Edmunds.com minus the cash incentive. Here's a link to the pricing section of this site for your convenience: New Vehicle Pricing.

Hey mlewis2. LFS' May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month, 10k lease of this car should be at worst .00095 and 60% for top tier customers. There may even be a money factor enhancement in your area that makes it better than that.

Hi Minirad. Let me preface this response with the statement that I have not seen the Lexus lease program for your specific area yet this month.

Having said that, Lexus Financial Services' May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 GS350 with 15,000 miles per year are .00095 and 57% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The residual value for a lease with 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher.

Lexus is providing a $2,500 cash incentive on leases of this car this month.

As I said though, Toyota's distribution agreement in the Southeastern U.S. makes its programs a little different there.

    Hello,

I am in Texas and was looking to lease new GS 350, can you please provide some information on current lease options and what should I be expecting payment wise. I am not looking for F sport model, just premium package which I believe MSRP around 52500.

    Thanks

hi cahnwan - thats sounds pretty on point for a gs350 F - can you tell me which dealer or city? thanks!
  • cahnwancahnwan Member Posts: 2
The dealer is Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, Texas. That said, I was told the promos (conquest and lease cash) expired May 31 (should have been 6/3?).

On side note, I liked the F Sport's handling especially during cornering; it stayed on the ground with little body lean. But the car is also nosier and choppier than the GS 350 with Luxury pkg loaner I drove, especially on concrete pavement that is pervasive in my neighborhood. After driven it for one day, ~200 miles. I decided to switch, figuring I am not getting younger (I am 63); as much as I like the F Sport's capabilities and appearance, Luxury pkg would be more practical. Thus I asked Park Place what if I can switch to GS 350 Luxury. They offered to exchange to less MSRP/priced one for free if deal was made before 6/1, after which the 2500 cash lease incentive is no longer applicable. I picked a Fire Agate Pearl with Flaxen interior, Luxury Pkg, Park Assist, Blind Spot, preferred accessory, navigation, spoiler, free tint, MSRP 56993 (in contrast to the F Sport, which msrp was 57313) and did a even trade-in on 5/31. Picked it up on 6/1 and happy with my decision; as much as I miss the F Sport. Kyle, the internet sales manager, was very helpful.

Hi kbest1. Your post was just fine. Sometimes people reply to posts and sometimes they don't. I personally try to respond to every post that is personally addressed to me.

The buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 GS 350 with 15,000 miles per year are .00095 and 57% for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers in most areas. This factor is enhanced to a better factor in certain areas, but I have not seen what it is specifically for Texas.

I've been negotiating a lease and wonder if this is a good deal. It's for a 27 month lease with 12,000 miles per year. Money factor and residual are 0.001 and $39,911 (which is either 72% or 68% depending on whether its calculated on MSRP or the selling price, not sure)

    $58,617 MSRP

    $55,657 Selling price

$3500 due at signing and $649.38 per month (includes tax)

The car is equipped with F Sport package, HDD navigation, Mark Levinson, park assist, blind spot monitor. Color is nebula gray pearl with black F Sport leather.

Is this a good deal? Any room for further negotiation?

Hi joegolfs. Lexus Financial Services' June buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2013 GS 350 with 15,000 miles per year in your area are .00095 and 57% for consumers who qualify for its Tier 1+ credit tier.

If you need to drive more than 15,000 miles per year, you will probably have to purchase additional miles on a per-mile basis. It is usually less expensive to do so at lease signing than it is to wait until lease-end and have to pay an excess mileage penalty.

i got a similar deal for $1500 down (same color combo) for $528 (including tax). Maintenance was not included so that may be the difference?
  • cvr787cvr787 Member Posts: 5
I have no idea what the maintenance deal is worth but the difference in payment over the 27 months is approx $1,134. I feel like its a pretty good deal but not sure whether it's a great deal. I think they're pretty close to actual invoice but again not entirely sure.
  • jadcamjadcam Member Posts: 14
i think i was quoted $895 - $995 for the maintenance package which i turned down. After tax and interest, i think you're right there.
  • kainnyckainnyc Member Posts: 80
I would have to say not bad, but not to good, bc I was told today that there trying to get rid of them and are taking all reasonable offers! So I asked him tell me some numbers he said 499$, 2500$ due, 12k miles on the 56k model luxury! Calculate zero across the board and it should be no more than 599$ IMO! Ps if you wait till August when the new model year shows up, I bet you can find it for 499-549$ zero across the board.
  • kainnyckainnyc Member Posts: 80
Actually I see I missed the price difference so it's a pretty good deal good luck

Avoid the maintenance package and take the car to a local shop for all the ones you have to pay for. That's the best value. They can't legally void a warranty for not servicing your car at the dealership.

    Hi All,

I've looked at these forums hundreds of times and always find valuable info so i wanted to share my most recent lease.

Just signed the following deal today:

    2013 GS350 - MSRP 54,000
equipped with Premium and Luxury Pkg.
    $2000 down
27 month lease with 10,000 miles per year
    $525/month including taxes.

I think i got a pretty good deal. I'm going from a Mercedes E350 to the Lexus. I was looking at the Audi A6 also, but decided on Lexus because they gave me a better deal on a better equipped car.

    Hope this helps!

I am not getting numbers close to what I am seeing here.
What is the MF and residual for 15K miles 27 months..

this is what I am getting:
It is based on $1,500 below invoice pricing:
Rolling in $2,000 plus another $400 for estimated dispo fee (total of $2,400 rolling in)
$1,500 total out of pocket (includes first month payment)
    15k/yr
    $717 per month
    36 month lease
    MSRP of car is $56,353

It seems to be $100 off a month from what I am seeing even with rolling in $2400!!
I need some help here and I am based in NJ ny area..
