Hi bbsqueen. Mercedes-Benz Financial's May buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 33-month lease of a 2012 C250 Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are .00153 and 61%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.

The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2012 C300 4Matic Sedan are .00092 and 61%.

    Config.

    2012 Mercedes Benz C300 4MATIC Sport Sedan
    Arctic White Metallic
    Almond Beige/ Mocha MB Tex
    Burl Walnut Wood Trim
    Premium 1 Package
    Multimedia Package
    Rear Trunk Spoiler
    MSRP 44895
    Dealer Invoice 40113

    33 Month Lease Details
    Cash Paid at signing
$2,000 (includes 1st monthly payment) and every single other fee.
    32 Monthly Payments
    No Vehicle Return Fee

What do you think I should aim for as far monthly payment, $400, would bring total payments to $14,800. $425 would bring total payments to $15,600

What do you think is the lowest offer i can get?

What should i try to get the guaranteed purchase at the end of lease? just deduct the total payments from the dealer invoice, and try to get that?

I found one in FL, C250 44K MSRP, 12K miles for 33 months lease. It is $497 including tax with 2K down. I see others are getting it for $425. Any suggestions?

I am about to close the deal, in next 2-3 hours.
C250 sport 44K MSRP, 12K miles for 33 months. It is $399 including the tax with 4K down. For maintenance plan they are asking extra $10 per month and I am debating on it.

Any comments. So far with this forum help, this seems like okay deal.
  • caren1caren1 Member Posts: 13
I took this advice and called Dustin Bailey at Lakeland Fields Mercedes. We worked the deal out by phone and the my new C250 sport is being delivered tomorrow. Sticker Price was 38,500. $1100 out of pocket, includes first payment. 33 month lease, $459 per month.

Easy transaction, good service. Thanks for the recommendation

Good for you , picked mine up yesterday. Dustin was a nice guy and easy to work with

There is a special offer on the mercedes website http://www.mbusa.com/mercedes/special_offers/current.

    My Questions:
    1. Does the Base Price of $38,020 inclusive of the Premiumn Package (2,500 value)?
    2. I felt like i didn't get a good deal. Is this a reasonable price?

Hey mmenard. Mercedes-Benz Financial's June residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 C62 Coupe AMG with 15,000 miles per year is 57%. Mercedes is not currently providing any lease support on this car. As a result, if you were to lease one through MB Financial right now you would have to use its standard lease money factors.

The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher.

Can someone please post the money factor and residual on the C250 lease for June. 12,000 and 15,000 miles please. I believe they have a 33 month program running now which has the most favorable rate

Hi - I'm a first time car buyer and I'm planning to lease the Mercedes C250 Coupe. I don't believe this is a great deal, but I'd love to hear from someone about this that is far more experienced than myself:

MSRP: $44,250 (includes multi-media, premium package, and 18" alloy wheels, keyless go)
    Residual: $30545
    Annual Miles: 10,000
    Months: 36
    Payment: $647
    Due at Signing: $1250
    Sales Tax: 1.50% = 663.75
  • godfather9godfather9 Member Posts: 31
It looks very high to me. What is the money factor they are quoting you?
  • jenbtravelsjenbtravels Member Posts: 4
Interestingly enough, I can't find the money factor on any of the paperwork. I can say that my credit score is 815 so I would expect to have received a decent rate, but I'm not getting that feeling...
  • godfather9godfather9 Member Posts: 31
Don't move forward until you get the money factor. There is always a bottom rate set by Mercedes, but the dealers can move it up to make more profit. Let us know what you find
  • jenbtravelsjenbtravels Member Posts: 4
    Thank you!!

I saw you ask on a previous post what that bottom rate is... Do you know what it was last month (or recently) and would it change much from month to month?

I'll certainly post and let you know what numbers they give me tomorrow.

Does anyone know the MBFS July money factor and residual percentage for a C300 4Matic with 12,000 miles and 24 month lease? Also, is the 24 month lease the sweet spot as I am told by the dealer?
  • brentkhackbrentkhack Member Posts: 23
Looking for MF and residual for July at 12/k a year for 24 months. Thanks.
  • mdxlesseemdxlessee Member Posts: 10
My understanding is 0.00092 and 0.70; and the residual drops off to 0.58 for 36 months.

I just bought my c300 with tech package and premium package with 12k miles for 24 months. It also includes full maint package.

What are the residual and money factor for a C250 12k on a 33 or 36 month lease? I am trying to figure out which lease term would result in the lower payment.

    Hello,

I went into a dealership and was offered close to $6k off MSRP. However, the money factor used in their "awesome" lease deal is a ridiculous .0034375 and 74% residual for 7.5K. Is it possible to get the MFs and residuals for 10K and 12K on the C250 Coupe and Sedan, along with the C300 4MATIC? Thank you!

PS - Is it just me or are these 24 lease deals a good bargain? :confuse:

    Traded in a 2007 BMW 335i with 57,000 Miles. at 16,900
that is the amount owed on the car. My parents owned the car I just took over the payments for the past year.

    Leased a red C-250 sport
for $433.00 a month for 48 months 10K miles a year including taxes.
    $0 DOWNPAYMENT.

keep in mind I am 21 years old and first time lease, with barley any credit.

    GOOD OR BAD DEAL?

    THANK YOU!

    Carman,

Could you provide the rate and residual for the C350 sedan and coupe for 24 months and 15k miles per year?

    Thanks
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
    Certainly autoboy19. Mercedes-Benz Financial's August residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2012 C350 Sedan with 15,000 miles per year is 70%.

The residual for an otherwise identical lease of a '12 C350 Coupe is 73%.

Mercedes is not providing lease money factor support on either of these vehicles. that means if you were to lease one through MB Finance, you would have to use its standard lease money factor. That number varies by credit tier and possibly by region, but .00200 is a good estimate.

Please would someone let me know what they think of a lease payment of about $490/month for a 36 month/10,000 mile on the new 2013, with navigation, and sticker of about $43,780.00. It seemed alittle high to me but maybe since it has been awhile since I have had a new car I am out of touch. Thank you to your replies.

    Car Man,

Do you have access to the lease numbers for the new 2013 C Class?
I am looking into a C350 Sedan, either a 2 or 3 year lease depending on residuals, with 12k miles per year.

    Thanks
  • CarMan@EdmundsCarMan@Edmunds Member Posts: 38,514
Hi gcspencer. Mercedes-Benz Financial's August buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2012 C350 Sedan with 12,000 miles per year are standard and 72%, respectively.

The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are 63%.

Mercedes' standard lease money factors vary by credit tier and possibly by region. I suspect that its current buy rate is around .00200 or so.

2012 c250 sport sedan with premium one package, service car with 900miles on it. Lease deal is for $496 month for 48months 12k miles a year, $0 down and just first months payment. We haven't dug into all the numbers yet.

I'm thinking initially $496 is way too high. Am I right?

Can you give me the August residual and money factor for a 2013 MB C 250 Sedan ?

    Hi luxurypreneur. Mercedes-Benz Financial's August residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2013 C250 Coupe is 62%.

The residual value for a lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher.

Mercedes is not currently providing any lease support on this model. As a result, if you were to lease one through MB Finance right now you would have to use its standard lease money factors.

Hi datkins. Mercedes-Benz is not providing any lease support on the 2013 C250 Sedan right now either, so you're looking at the standard money factor for this model too. MB Finance's current 36-month, 15,000 mile per year residual value for this car is 59%.

Hi Car Man, sorry I should have given more detail,

This would be for a 24 month lease on a 2013 C250 Sedan at 12,000 miles per year.

Also if you have the same on a 2012 C250 Sedan at 12,000 miles per year that would be great.

    Thanks !

I just came from the local Florida MB Dealer. I have never leased so maybe I am getting a good deal, but just do not know it. 2013 C350 - 24 months at 15k/yr was a factor of 71%. 2013 C250 24 mos at 15k/yr was a factor of 70%. I would be doing a one pay lease. Is this a good deal? What else should I be asking for? And what is a reasonable percentage off MSRP to expect. We expect to try to do a deal in the next day or two so I greatly appreciate any comments or suggestions. :confuse:
