24 months/10k miles (C300 luxury)
MSRP: $42,690
Selling price: $38990
out-of-pocket: $1,037.08
Money factor: 0.00104
Residual: $30,309.90 (77.7%)
Monthly payment: $510.08
For every $1000 down, I get $41 off my monthly payment.
Kindly help me evaluate this deal, thank you!
Drive off is 1st month plus TTL $906.xx
Monthly payment is $391.xx (including CA tax).
You guys think I can do better?
Sticker Price: 34,695 + 875 dest. = 35,570
36 month lease/12k miles
Offer from them: 0 down (cap reduction), 499 a month.
I continually said no, they tried telling me the selling price was 34,400 with a less than 1% interest rate and a 60% residual, which makes no sense. I used the June numbers beforehand to see what I was expecting (.00057 and 57% residual). At those numbers I come up with a 453 payment (NJ tax). Needless to say I left, disappointed.
Carman, what are the July numbers for a 12k lease, so when I go back with a write up I can argue exactly what I want?
Also with the "rarity" or manuals in my area, what kind of wiggle room should I have on the 34,400? Invoice from truecar.com is 32,723.
Can you please give me the residual value percents and money factors for July for a 2010 C300 luxury 4matic with 10k and 15 k miles per year
Thanks
I realized my previous request did not have all the information you need..so here is what i am looking for: 36 month lease on a 2010 C300 Luxury 4 matic.
Need the residual percents and money factors for a10k per year and 15k per year lease
thanks
do you have the rest of the numbers? sales price, money factor, and residual?
It's base on C300 automatic w/sports package. The dealer is in So. Cal. I don't have the rest of the numbers yet, but I've got an incredible deal on a CLK from the same dealer before. Shoot me an email.
Mercedes-Benz Financial's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 C300 RWD Sport with 10,000 miles per year are .00057 and 58%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
Ad one percent to this car's residual value for a lease with only 7,500 miles per year.

The residual value for an otherwise identical lease with only 12,000 miles per year would be 2% higher.
The residual value for a 10k lease would be 3% higher.

I rolled everything upfront so I only paid 1st mth payment of 435 plus license fees and some other stuff which came to about 700 at signing. What you guys think? Lease is 36 months/10k per year. Thx.

1. top tier MF
2. current residuals (i believe its 58% for 10K/year)
3. current manufactuer rebates and incentives both to dealer and to public.
4. any other information or techniques to get the best least price.
Thanks so much for all your help. You guys rock!!

I got the same deal pretty much (same options etc) for $427/mth in NY. Only difference is the car is silver which adds $720 to the MSRP (currently $41,690.) Not sure if this is the best deal that could be had.
I am considering asking them to throw in the "pre-paid maintenance" which MBUSA is promoting at $769 for 30,000 miles or 3 years. (basically the lease term).
There are Ambassador programs being offered, with the MF at .0002
Here are some insights into the numbers, for the finance manager to make some money, they will want to mark up the .0002. You can either negotiate on the price of the car, or the MF, or both, but likely you will only get them to go so far. The rate you're paying on .00057 is a whopping 1.3%.
Also I don't think there's much point to picking up the prepaid maintenance. You can get the work done cheaper outside of MB
If you think you are going to lease another Mercedes at the end of the one you're looking to pick up, do not buy more miles. In this current pull forward program, they were offering to pay the last 5 payments. You can basically turn in your call at the cap of the miles ( say 3 years, 30k miles) even though you are not driving it until the end ( turning in at 31 months)
I'm looking to lease the following and wanted to know if you thought I'm on the mark, here is the sticker:
C300W4 Base Price: $37,100
Iridium Silver $720
Premium I Package: SIRIUS Satellite $2,300
iPod Integration Kit $375
Burl Walnut Wood Trim $320
SUBTOTAL $40,815
DESTINATION & DELIVERY $875
TOTAL $41,690
I don't need the Ipod thing or even the walnut trim but they only have a few 2010 cars left and the current promotion "ends" August 2nd.
So for 12k miles per year/36 months and about $2700 down (including 1st month payment, bank fee, acquisition) I would be at $427/month. I think the dealer marked it down to like $37,800 in order to arrive at this but not sure.
I live in NJ but am going to a dealer in NY. I believe I have to pay all the taxes upfront since I live in NJ so I think that's figured into the "drive-off" mentioned above. I know there is no cap cost reduction.
I don't know the residual or money factor and frankly not sure how to figure that out anyway. I don't plan on buying this car at lease end. I care about the monthly payment and the total drive-off.
Also for an additional $769 they offer the 3 services required over the life of the lease, plus they will pick it up at my house, drop off a loaner, and bring it back when done- washed!
any thoughts? anything I should be asking the dealer? or go for it?
Total out of pocket, including 1st month : $1500
Dealer made last payments existing lease, ( I still have that car) $1350

They quoted me with $900 down, 10k/year, $545/month with tax. I think it's bit high. Any suggestions? Also, please advise to take off some of the options that you think are not necessary? Thanks.
Mercedes-Benz Financial's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 C300 Sport with 10,000 miles per year are .00260 and 58%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
The reason that this car's money factor is so much worse than it was is Mercedes replaced its lease support on it with dealer cash. There is now $4,100 dealer cash on the '10 C300. Make sure to take this cash into account during your negotiations.

Just make sure to take advantage of the $4,100 dealer cash that is currently available on this car and negotiate as low a selling price as possible.
