Thought that since i was getting it at dealer cost that it was the best deal but was uncertain about the money factor / residual percentage fluctuations etc. So need help in determining just how good this deal was
Thanks
Residual: 58%
MF: 0.00087 (about 3.2% not bad!)
Looks like they are getting ready to load off the '08's. Test driving one tomorrow, never had a nissan and it's time to get rid of my old Blazer. Hopefully I like it, it seems to be just about the best Sedan deal around right now.

2008 3.5 SL

36 Month Lease
15k Mile
$402 a month w/ No Money Down!
I was able to get invoice on it ($30079) and MF was in deed .00087.
Very happy with it thus far. Sweet ride!!
Thanks! I feel a little weird about the deal but then again I don't think I did too horribly. That money factor is just very high but I got the exact car I wanted. It was the only of this color combination in our region. I got winter frost with the blonde leather.

Any current info on May money factor and what my payments should be would be most appreciated. An recommendations on dealers in Northern NJ also welcome.
I would like to do it this weekend when my 05 Altima lease is up.
Thanks :confuse:
Also, the dealer I went to offered to put a sunroof into the basic model rather than have me upgrade to the next model. Has anyone had this offered? The deal they were going to give me was 4000 for my trade-in and 250/month.

"help" how do I calculate a payment on a 36 month, 12k mile, $1000 down deal?
Thanks again
Thanks for this forum! It's great!
MSRP $32,885
Selling price $29.838
Residual 58%
MF .00087
39Months 15k.

0 DOWN only first month...
The selling price might be off slightly but according to my sales guy Im getting this car for $500 over invoice and I was also adviced that their is no sales tax on this deal... I still think I could get this lower though cause when I use the calculator Im getting about $15 lower on the monthly payments... I WANT TO KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK ABOUT THIS DEAL?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

He was lower than 2 other quotes I had for $369 and $371.
I was planning on asking him today how much better he can do on the deal. I know very little about car negotiations, I don't want to insult him, but I don't want to get ripped off either.

I have so far negotiated a sale price of $20229 for a 2.5 S CVT sedan with floor mats, splash guards, and Conv package (MSRP $22665). Do you know what the money factor and residual is for a 36 month 15000 miles per year lease?
Thank you!

Was curious if anyone knows the lease rates for the coupe? MF and residual value % for 12K (10K as well). Also, this is in the Ohio/Michigan, are people getting invoice for this car. Lastly, any other incentives?
Thanks
J
I read the previous posts, but, mine is a little different. Can you please provide the June Res. and MF. for a 24 & 36 month lease on an Altima Coupe, S, with manual transmission (with premium and tech packages-don't know if the packages effect the residual).
Here is the kicker. My friend needs 20k miles per year. So I would suspect that 15K is highest from NMAC and then purchase bands of additional miles? Any info on those costs???
Thanks a bunch in advance.
gperr
I am not personally all that familiar with what the market is like for the Altima Coupe right now, but you may be able to get an idea of how much you will have to pay for one by stopping by the "Nissan Altima Prices Paid & Buying Experience" discussion.

You are correct, 15,000 miles per year is the highest mileage allowance that NMAC publishes residual values for. If your friend needs to drive more than this, they will have to purchase additional miles on a per-mile basis. It is less expensive to do so at lease signing than it is to wait until the scheduled end of the lease and have to pay an excess mileage penalty. I am not sure of the exact cost per mile though.
