As for any other problems, I haven't had any yet.
As a resident of Louisiana, your message is very much appreciated. Thankyou Canadian friend.

My wife's 00 4 door, 4x4 tracker got backed into the other week.
I am in charge of replacing the front bumper. (The damage: left front piece of the plastic is pushed up under)
How in the world do you get the bumper off?
Anything I need to watch out for (like airbag sensor, or whatever else)?
Thanx!
I knew there had to be more to it than just a couple bolts and ripping it off (been around too many old chevy trucks)
Thank you so much!
and the relationship between RPM and engine lugging.
I am sensitive to engine lugging and from the sound and "feel" of my
buggy, it seems 2000 rpm moves it along ok without a sense of
lugging. If it drops to around 1500, it begins to protest, and I
keep it at least at 2,000-2,500 RPM. But perhaps I'm mis-reading the
feel of my Tracker.
Any thoughts, feedback?

Obviously I'm new here, and I drive an '04 Suzuki Grand Vitara XL-7. I know this is a Tracker forum, but we all know the Tracker, and Vitaras are sisters. Anyways, I'm having a problem with my keyless entry system not working on occasion. 95% of the time it works, but on occasion it is just totally dead so I have to manually lock and open my doors. Any idea what is causing this? I also noticed when it does act up, there is no beeping noise with the key in the ignition and door open. (You know, the noise that warns you that you left your keys in the ignition.) Could this be related? I hope someone out there can help me figure this out...

Thanks for the Katrina Relief website. We've just personally gone through Hurricane Rita on our side of the state. It's like the Randy Newman song, Louisiana 1927....'they're trying to wash us away'.
At least my tracker came through during the storm, acting like a champ as I'm out photographing for the newspaper.
Too bad Congress is so intent on earmarking pork projects instead of ... ah geeze, don't get me started on bridges to nowhere. :-)
Stay safe out there (and if you're in NH or NJ, don't go fording any flood waters in your Trackers).
