    Hi Carman,

Can you please post the numbers for ES 350 lease with 15k annual miles for July? Is there a sweet spot between 27, 30, 36, or 48 months? Do you know if there are any incentives still in effect?

Thank you for doing what you do!

CarMan - can I please get August MF, Residual to lease an ES350 with 12k in LA.

    Is there current deal good?
    2013 ES350
    $339 mo 27 mos
$2,999 due at signing and comped first mo payment
    $40,512

Ideally I would like to add an option package which runs about 6k.
    Assuming 1k =$20 more p/mo, is $440 + tax is realistic?

Please CarMan - Thank you. :)

Second request for some "informed" numbers on the current incentive as well.
  • bachulawbachulaw Member Posts: 4
how are these numbers of anyone would be so kind?

    Msrp $44,452
    OTD $41,700
Taxes/fees paid up front $2300 (roughly)
$495 per month for 27 months with 10k/year
  • gmanusmcgmanusmc Member Posts: 699
There is a $500 lease incentive and complimentary first payment that runs thru 9/3. You should be able to lease this vehicle with your stated term/miles for no more than about $425 per month plus tax and DMV fees. You might even be able to better than 425.

Try sending an identical email to as many dealer Internet sales departments that you can within your buying area - state your criteria - request their best quote. Negotiate only with the Internet sales manager or his/her folks - you will quickly find out which dealers have aggressive pricing and want to compete for your business.

The 425 figure is based on a total cap cost of 41000, money factor of .00075, and residual of around 70% (I'm not sure on the residual, but a forthright dealer can provide the exact figure). At any rate, I think the 495 figure you were quoted is too high.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi Car_man,

Not sure if you still visit these forums anymore. your input has been enormously appreciated by all I'm sure.

I saw there are postings for the MF and Residuals for June through July, but have not seen anything for August through Labor Day.

I'm looking for 10k/12k miles 36 months (ES 350 '14) MF and Residuals. Los Angeles area if that matters.

    TIA

Would you have MF, residual numbers for 36 months, 15k miles per year for Los Angeles area? 2103 ES 300H. Thanks.

    Hello,

I leased a new 2013 ES350 last night. The MSRP is 42,870. I drove off with $0 down and monthly payment is 400.70 (taxes included). It was a 27 month lease with 12K miles per year. Money factor was .00060. Purchase price was 37,038. State & City tax of where I live are about 9.5%. The residual value was 66%. Oh btw, there was a 1800 lease rebate on 2013 ES350 from Lexus which was used to get the above deal. The lease rebate on RX350 seems to be 3000 (for those that want to know).

I used this forum extensively for my research and I am thankful for everyone's contributions. See you in 26 months.

Where you got this great deal - what state?
    Thank you.
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
That does sound like a deal that's beyond belief. Never going to get $6000 off msrp. Sorry to say that to you.,I'm thinking you had the wrong msrp. Try $40,000. That would fit what you state. Rolling in tax and fee's plus cash back dealer money would not put you at your stated monthly either. As they say--you can fool some of the people some of the time--- but not all of the people all of the time. Get your figures correct. Your not helping anyone get a car. And yes--- I do know what you state is not possible. Unless you left out other info such as a trade.

I have no interest in providing false numbers, especially in a community that helped me get an idea of how to get good leases. In any case, I thought I would provide you with proof. The ES350 Datasheet with MSRP can be found at http://i.imgur.com/ufOIBKm.jpg. The Lease document details can be found at http://i.imgur.com/um5jsYV.jpg. You can see the number of miles as 27,000 and the amount paid as 400.47 with zero cash from my end (1800 shown is Lexus Money). Hope this helps other prospective lessees.

  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
I'm sorry but I know dealer limits. Numbers do not fall in that range.
  • prithvisriprithvisri Member Posts: 6
Can you please be specific about what you mean? I have provided you the proof of what my payments are? You can go back and do math to verify if my numbers make sense or not. In any case, thanks for making my day. If someone thinks the deal I got is so good that it is unbelievable in the face of clear evidence. All I ask you is don't raise suspicion after seeing the documents. It doesn't make sense. It makes you look foolish.
  • prithvisriprithvisri Member Posts: 6
If it were targeted to me, it is 700. It is in the lease document that I posted.
  • grigolgrigol Member Posts: 17
    to prithvisri -
    Sorry,
But it still unclear for me – did you pay acquisitions or a dealer let you go with no acquisition?

    Thank you..
  • kyfdxkyfdx Moderator Posts: 235,200
Okay.. I see it now.. Section 13 is cutoff when I view the .pdf, but I see that section 9a has two different numbers.. with +$700 higher on the one on the right...

Tried to copy your deal in NJ.
Was not able even to approach so far.

The best I got is $470 with the chance to get $450
  • maxwayzmaxwayz Member Posts: 4
That's a screaming deal with decent options on the ES350. Congrats on your new Lexus.
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
I stand pat. Don't believe the man behind the curtain. He is not even close to a palatable lie. His numbers are nothing short of fantasy. You see this type of bull all the time on these blogs. I truly believe these people are trying to perceive themselves as something other than what they really are. They probably are in the purchasing power range of a used Yugo.

You should probably chill a little snowman - the guy posted a copy of his paperwork - if you don't believe it, that's fine - I do know that recently dealers here in CA have had some kind of $1800 dealer cash to work with - that equates to over $50 off the lease payment, so the $400 payment is feasible. Anyway, I think the OP has gotten into his new Lexus and happily rode off into the sunset around 3 weeks ago.

    Take care,

Seriously----and president Obama has how many birth certificates?
How about buying that bridge I have for sale in Brooklyn.
I'm sure I can put some paperwork together for you.
Get real--- those numbers are bogus.
  • gmanusmcgmanusmc Member Posts: 699
Wow - how the heck did politics get into this? You can't let this go for some reason. I'm not sure if you own or lease an ES - I do. And I am a member and browse the Club Lexus site regularly. Some members there have recently posted deals similar to the person you seem to want to continually chastise. Now the OP and these other folks I speak of might be posting bogus numbers - I don't know because just like you, I was not in the finance office when the papers were finalized and signed. Like I stated in my previous post to you, if you don't believe the OP's claim, that's fine - but you have stated your case (several times) so I recommend you let the readers of this thread absorb the OP's info and your info so they can arrive at their own conclusions.

    Thanks,

No politics-- just one example. Only replying to your posts---or is this blog a one way street.
PS--- I don't believe the person was even in a dealers cube.
No ES for me. 2013 Rx all wheel drive. Took delivery in June. Love it.
  • gmanusmcgmanusmc Member Posts: 699
Congrats on the RX snowman. Great vehicle - the ES is my wife's daily driver - she loves it. We are located in SoCal with a lot of Lexus dealers nearby and the competition is keen. We got a great deal on the ES in May so my thought is that the Sep/Oct deals some of these folks are claiming on 2013s are possible - especially if, as 2014s are rolling in, Lexus is greasing the dealers' palms with 1800 dealer cash (that's the number several posters cited in their deals). Anyway, I don't want to beat this any more than we have already but in the deal you have been skeptical of, he got about a 13% discount from msrp, which is achieveable around here for those skilled shoppers who do their homework. Again, without being physically present in the finance office it is difficult to verify what people say but sometimes you just gotta believe there's some honest folks still around - but who knows?

No problem. But--I do know of what I speak.
But yeaaaaa miracles do happen and there are many honest folks. But when I see something that I know is not possible---well-- you know. I'll leave the dead horse dead. Plus a blog is fun and something to do on a cold wet day. I'm from Buffalo-- now you know why the all wheel drive.

Ha ha - We are from Erie and have been to Buffalo many times. Many moons ago, I managed a Goodyear store in East Aurora - so yep - I completely understand the AWD.

Small world. We live between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. A small town. Tonawanda. I use to travel to Erie a few times a year. My employer was National Fuel Gas.
  • gr8trfoolgr8trfool Member Posts: 21
Not sure why this isnt believeable. The new December to Remember Event kicked off and the ad for Lexus of Pembroke Pines has an ES350 at $199/month for 24 months (+2995 and TTL). The $2995 is about $125/month, for an all in at $325 before TTL. THis is for a 2014, lease before 1/02/14. I would bet other dealers have equivalent deals in this promotion
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
    Not believeable would be correct.
Your South Florida dealers would be offering---2014 ES350 MSRP $40975.
$329.00. 27 months with----$3479 down. Excludes all fee's,taxes and dealer charges.10,000 miles per year.
Sorry my man ----- this is direct from that dealer.
If you did not add tax and fee's by accident and listed 24 months instead of 27 in error and about $500 bucks more down than what you thought---- bingo---- you would be on the money.
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
I Stand partially corrected. I don't agree with the monthly.
I do agree that is a great deal. Lexus must really want to move the ES 350.
  • gr8trfoolgr8trfool Member Posts: 21
This appears to be one of the few areas geographically where the base ES 350 is sold. Does not include Convenience Package ($3500) which is on most Es 350s throughout the country. But, if you dont need a backup camera, heated seats and a few other minor touches, can be a good deal. So the MSRP is just under $38K instead of at $41k like most of the country.
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
Yep. I did check all that out. Just did not want to get into all the weeds of it. I believe the South Florida dealers are first to offer the true Dec. to remember. Today though I can't get into any of our local lexus dealers web pages. This tells me late today or Sat. They will all be kicking the Dec. to remember roll out. But does anyone really want a bare bones 350--- I think not. You could get a better equipped Chevy Impala-- loaded. But--- I don't care for GM or Ford.
The best deal would be a left over 2013. Identical to 2014 except wheels. That's where the big deals will be. But move fast-- they won't last long.
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
Well they just rolled out the Dec. to remember. Good till Jan. 2nd. But---- no big offer. They are allowing complimentary first months payment up to $700. No big deal there. $339 month for 27 months $2995 down plus all taxes and fee's. hardly a Dec. to remember in the Buffalo area. Glad I got my Rx awd with all the nice packages back in June.
  • snowman22snowman22 Member Posts: 109
One other thing---that offer is on the ES -- the RX is considerably more.
