I have to chuckle at that approach.
I have a test drive scheduled in 30 minutes, I will let you know what I find out
I contacted Lexus of Seattle. They confirmed there is a $2000 dealer's cash for RX 350. But they haven't offered any price yet.
did the bump in horsepower in the 2007 RX. But the final thing that solidified it for me was the treatment towards me at the two dealerships. Lexus ran circles around Acura on that one. I was not impressed with the folks at the Acura dealership in my town.
I'm still very impressed with the treatment I get at Lexus a year-and-a-half later. It will definitely be a benchmark for me if and when I decide to look for a new vehicle down the road.

Thank you to everyone on this site for your help and advice. I saved thousands of dollars because of this site.
Thanks again.
Please share your experience with me at chuxiong.ding@gmail.com. Thanks very much.
I'm thinking this is a real solid deal given the msrp as listed is $45,871.
Got to love dealer incentives and new model years coming out early in the year
Additionally, the dealer also offered an incredible & unbelievable deal for extended warranty. New buyers may want to consider this. It is 7yr/100K mile ext warranty for 2200. The beauty is, if you don't use the warranty anytime, you can get a total refund as long as you haven't used it !!
good luck to all shoppers.

Congrats on your new car. I am in the market for exactly the same specs as you got on your car. Can you please tell me the car dealer from where you got the car?
Also, did you get this price on the internet or you had to personally go there?
thanks,

I was just wondering if you can let me know which dealer in Milwaukee/Chicago area gave you that deal . I'm in Milwaukee and planning to buy before 31st March .
If you can give me some info it will be really very nice of you .
Thanks.
Congrats on getting your new car. Could you please share the information of the dealer and the sales guy. I'm planning to buy one by the end of this month. I appreciate your response.

I am in the market to buy a 2008 RX 350 AWD with the Premium Plus pkg,
I need to know what might be the best offer I can get, if I can pay in cash
I have seen other post in NJ who have got it for $38000 + TTT =$42000. Can I beat that deal if I can pay in cash
Thanks
I was looking for a 2008 RX 350 in the New York area because of the deep discount. I called most of the dealers in the tri-state area, but there are none left with the options that I wanted. So, I ended up getting a quote for a 2009 RX. I got an offer of $42,000 for a 2009 RX AWD with Premium Plus, Navigation and rear seat entertainment. Do you guys think this is a good deal? Thanks.
Can you please share the dealer details.
I too am looking for an MDX or RX...
What made you choose RX over MDX?
Thanks
As for the MDX, my wife does not like the interior and she think it is too big for her.
Experience was great, got it for 2K below invoice + 399 (dealer handling) + tax.
Thanks to all the posts here which helped me negotiate the right price. The dealers here still have several 08 models on their lots.
Also looked at the MDX, but thought the RX had a slightly smoother ride, and better instrument panel layout.
I am happy to help, the dealer is Lexus of Northshore, go to lexus.com and choose a dealer in the milaukee area, the e-mail goes to the person I dealt with (I think forum rule forbids from posting names).
Anyways the vehicle is great, put together so well, the fit and finish is amazing! Only disappointment so far has been the gas mileage, getting about mids 17s in the city!
Thanks!
MSRP - 43,331
Invoice - 38,298
I paid 38,700 which is only $402 over invoice.
Finally, what is the negative issue w/ the nav system on this car? Can you use it while driving via the voice activation feature? How does this compare to the MDX?
I live in near Princeton NJ and am wodering if you would send me the name of Lexus dealer and sales guy who I can follow up.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your response . But I purchased from Lexus of Madison on 03/29 .
2008 RX 350 AWD with following options
Cargo Mat,Htd Frt STS W/Rain-Sens Wprs,Prem Pkg, Tow Prep Pkg,Whl Lcks
with silver exterior and grey interior .
I talked to dealers at Chicago and Milwaukee , but Madison dealer gave better price and also the silver color which I was looking for .
So far I've driven mostly highway (200 miles) and average I got was 25.5 mpg (driving 55- 70 mph) . I'm still evaluating city mpg .
Thanks.
