You can convert Ford's published lease rates into approximate money factor equivalents by dividing them by 2400.

Can you post the numbers for the Ford Edge SEL for September, We are looking for 36 and 39 month lease numbers for FWD and AWD for a 10k year lease. Most likely we would also get the 205a package, don't know if that makes a difference or not. We are in the NJ.
Thanks

The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are 3.25% and 55%.
The lease rates for the FWD version of this truck are the same, but its residual values would be 1% lower.
Ford is currently providing a $1,250 cash incentive on leases of '11 Edge AWD and $1,500 on Edge FWD models in your area.

We've just about narrowed our search down to the 2011 Edge SEL AWD. We're looking at a 15,000 mile year lease and are considering either 24 or 36 month terms depending on how the other numbers work out. Can you post the residual values, money factors and applicable incentives we should consider in determining the lease payment after negotiating the price? We're in the Hartford CT area.
Many thanks for your help.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36 month lease are 3.0% and 54%, respectively.
When negotiating your deal on this truck, make sure to take advantage of the $1,250 cash incentive that is currently available on leases of it.

Of particular concern:
24 month
Edge Limited or Sport FWD
12k miles
If I remember correctly from prior postings, the AWD model adds 1%, correct?
I'm looking at a 2011 Ford Edge SEL AWD with Rapid Spec 202A, voice activated Nav, all weather floor mats and a roof rack. I'm also looking at a 2012 Ford Edge SEL AWD with Rapid Spec 205A, voice activated Nav, all weather mats and a roof rack.
Can you quote me the money factors and residual values for the 2011 and 2012 Edges as outlined above? I'm considering a 36 month lease and 12,000 miles.
Thank you.
If you don't mind same question for the Fusion.
Thank you for your time.

Ford is not providing lease support on the 2011 Fusion any longer, so you definitely do not want to lease one right now.
I suspect that the Z-Plan would enable you to beat any of Ford's official advertised deals.

I am not sure if Ford currently offers any incentives for the 2011 models still, and the dealership didn't offer any incite either. Will you please list the mf and residual values for both models and also if ford still offers any incentives on 2011 models?
Thanks again
I was wondering if you could give me the Ford APR factor and the residual percent for both the 2011 & 2012 Limiteds AWD, 36 month lease. I live in New England and drive 20,000 a year so I'm going to also need to know what the excess mileage price per mile is paying it up front. I'm a returning Red Carpet customer so I'm also wondering if you know the incentives that Ford has on the table for these two.
I know I'm asking a lot but unfortunately the great Ford dealer that I have done business with for my last seven leases with lost his dealership when Ford cut back the number dealerships.
Thanks,
Drew

Can you please give me the MF and residual value for a 36 month lease w/ 12,000 OR 15,000 miles per year on a 2012 Ford Edge Limited FWD in the Miami, FL area? Thank you in advance.
Can you give me the MF and residual value for a 27 and 36 mo lease with 15,000 miles in the Los Angeles area. Also are there incentives for a returning red carpet lease customer, I am turning in my 09 MKX.
Thank you!
Please post the November lease numbers for the FWD 2012 Edge limited. 24/36 months at 15/18k miles. I am in Florida. Thanks
Could you post the December MF and residuals for the Kansas City area? I am looking to get either a 2011 or 2012 Edge SEL. I am also trying to decide on 27 month or the 36 month with 12k miles a year. Is there a reason that Ford offers 27 and 39 month leases? I thought most leases were 24 and 36.
Also what are the discounts or rebates for the 2011 and 12 leases? This will be my first lease with Ford.
Thanks
According to the latest information that I have seen, Ford Credit's December base lease rate and residual value for a 24-month lease of a 2012 Edge SEL AWD with 12,000 miles per year are 0.5% and 66%, respectively.
The numbers for an otherwise identical 36-month lease are 2.25% and 59%
The numbers for a 39-month lease are 2.5% and 58%.
Ford is currently providing a $250 cash incentive on leases of this truck through Ford Credit. If I was in the market for one, I personally would shoot for a selling price of around $500 or so over invoice minus this cash.

Thanks
It looks like a lot of December activity going on. Can you help me understand the MF and residual for the Dallas, TX market? I would entertain 24 or 39 months.
Also, I have a 2010 MKZ on a 24 month lease that the dealer is interested in an early turn in. Do I have any leverage to negotiate a cap cost reduction or should I trust in the True Market Value Estimator provided by edmunds.com?
Thanks,
JB
Ford Credit's January New York region base lease rate and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Edge SEL AWD with 10,000 miles per year are 2.0% and a very solid 60%, respectively.

I am looking for a MF and residual for a 2013 Edge Limited (MSRP 41,650) 36 months 15k and 16,500k per year.
I believe I would qualify for top tier credit. I am in South Florida, West Palm Beach.

Please post the current lease numbers on the 2012 and 2013 FWD Edge Limited at 36 months and 15K miles a year. Thanks! I am on the west coast of Florida.
Looks like you have a number of requests here but I'll go ahead and add mine.

MSRP $38,085

I live in Georgia. Are these lease terms & incentives in line with what's available currently via Ford?
Looks like the incentives are greater on a purchase- anyone had any experience with getting the purchase incentives rolled into a lease? In this case it's a difference of $2,250. And I am member of USAA- looks like they have additional incentives I think i could roll in. I haven't leased before so trying to wade through the waters. Thanks in advance!
Can you please post the residual and money factor for an Edge Limited AWD in Southern California? I'm thinking about doing a 36 months and 12K per year lease.
Thank you!
I'm going to lease a 2013 Edge SEL AWD. Sticker is $40k. I'm looking for 36 months, 10.5k miles/yr. I'm in NY (Long Island). What am I looking at for residual and money factor? I also have X-Plan through my company... assume this just knocks off money from the cap cost?
Thanks!
